Higher education opportunity equity is an important part of higher education equity.Access to higher education enrollment opportunities is not only affected by the allocation of higher education resources where the children are located, but also by the cultural capital of the children 's families.Based on the concept and form of Bourdieu 's cultural capital, this study defines family cultural capital as all the main members of the family, that is,parents and their children, accumulated in the family field through communication, behavioral practices, and event influences.Tangible or intangible cultural assets include three forms: physical family cultural capital, objectified family cultural capital, and institutionalized family cultural capital. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the characteristics and levels of the impact of family cultural capital of Guizhou Province on children's higher education enrollment opportunities, with three forms with cultural traits, family cultural activities, learning environment, learning tools and certifications as important components The extent of family cultural capital's influence on higher education admission opportunities. The study found that:(1)There is a highly positive correlation between family cultural capital and higher education enrollment opportunities, and the more total family cultural capital, the better the type of children attending ordinary higher education institutions.(2)Comparing the impact of three forms of family cultural capital on higher education enrollment opportunities, physical family cultural capital is highly positively correlated with higher education enrollment opportunities, objectified family cultural capital and institutionalized family cultural capital are moderately higher than higher education enrollment opportunities Positive correlation. In addition, the study also found that in the two-level index regression analysis of factors of family cultural capital and higher education enrollment opportunities, the after-school learning environment of objectified family cultural capital has the most explanatory power for higher education enrollment opportunities, which is 0.73;Family cultural activities in family cultural capital have the least explanatory power for higher education enrollment opportunities,at 0.44.The main reasons why family cultural capital affects higher education enrollment opportunities are: the inheritance of cultural capital has its own characteristics that affect the inheritance of family cultural capital;family economic capital and social capital affect the objectification of family cultural capital;the distribution of public cultural capital affects institutionalization The development of family cultural capital. Therefore, the whole society should pay attention to the impact of family cultural capital on higher education enrollment opportunities;advocate lifelong education, pay attention to family education;strengthen funding and improve the student assistance system.
