Mind map is a tool of thinking invented by the famous British psychologist called Tony Buzan in the 1960 s.A large number of studies have proved that mind mapping plays an important role in memory,understanding,information management,thinking stimulation and thinking arrangement,in various industries,especially in the field of education.This paper focuses on the teaching goal of mathematics subject to middle school students' innovative thinking,and researchs on the theory and practice of mathematics teaching in junior high school based on thinking map.The research contents of the thesis mainly cover three parts,including the ontology research of thinking map,the junior high school mathematics teaching research based on thinking map and the experimental research of junior high school mathematics teaching based on thinking map.In this paper,the concept,essence,function and theoretical basis of mind map are deeply studied and analyzed,then the teaching methods of mathematics in junior high school based on mind map are designed,and the research hypothesis,research object,research variable and research scheme are put forward.Secondly,the teaching methods on learning new knowledge,doing exercises and reviewing are respectively designed and implemented based on the thinking maps and the teaching results are tested and evaluated.Finally,the following research conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)the teaching of junior high school mathematics based on thinking map is helpful to the development of students' innovative thinking;(2)the teaching of junior high school mathematics based on thinking map is beneficial to the improvement of teachers' professional ability;(3)the teaching of junior high school mathematics based on thinking map is beneficial to the evaluation of learning process;(4)The teaching of mathematics in junior middle school based on mind mapping helps students form the concept of logical connection.It is hoped that this research can provide useful reference and inspiration for educators to understand and use thinking map.
