Found from existing research, mind map in teaching applied research is basically confined to the discuss of adjuvant and promote function in the role of the original mode of teaching, and the combination of mind map to create suitable for various subjects teaching mode are rarely reported. Based on the analysis of mind map in teaching function, this subject is trying to build a divergent thinking training strategy according to the modern brain science, schema theory, constructivist learning theory, and discovery learning theory. It will innovate and demonstrate the scientificity and rationality of the strategy from theory, and then applied in the specific teaching, and test its effects in teaching practice. Teach students the way of learning, and learn to make the application of various disciplines and combined with them.Analysis of experimental results proves that this training strategy is effective on stimulating students’interest, promote the students’ divergent thinking ability and the innovation ability aspects. The effectiveness of the results of this topic research is not only can be used as the teaching theory of combination by thinking tools and teaching methods, and also can be used effectively to guide the practice.At the same time, due to the limitations of the experiment time, teaching conditions and other factors, there are still some problems and shortcomings of this study, in the following studies the author will increase the number of researching schools and expand the object of study, and will make effective supplement and perfect to this study. The paper consists of three parts:Part I:Summarize the mind mapping and divergent thinking with related theory through literature research and expand the culture studies based on the divergent thinking of the mind map in theory.Part II:The main part of the paper. Organized research activities based on divergent thinking training of mind map, created a training strategy and launched the investigation and teaching experiments to test, evaluate the effect of new cultivation strategy.Part III:Summary of the achievements and shortcomings of the experimental studies and make the research prospect.
