Research On The Improvement Of M Community Parental Education Ability With Social Work

This study investigated the basic situation of community parenting education by issuing questionnaires,and summarized the current situation and problems of community parenting education in M,K city.Supported by the theory of social learning and the theory of energy increasing,this paper introduces the methods of group work and community work into the practice of community parenting education.First,lead the team members to have a preliminary understanding of parental education,guide the team members to understand the law of child development and the corresponding parental education knowledge,and learn the correct parental education behavior through scenario simulation and role play,that is,help the team members to build the demonstration behavior of parental education.Secondly,link to external resources,invite professional preschool teachers to teach on the spot--parent-child picture book reading practice class,observe and learn parenting education demonstration behavior,assist group members to reproduce actions and apply what they have learned.Finally,the social workers give encouragement to the correct behavior of the group members,and put forward improvement Suggestions for the deficiencies,so as to strengthen the parental education behavior acquired by the group members.Under the support of the energy increasing theory,the community parenting education activities are carried out from both individual and community levels.Personal level: for children and parents of different ages in the community,early childhood education,health care and parent-child activities are held,aiming to improve the ability of parents to raise their children,learn the methods of communication and interaction with children,and realize the enhancement of personal level;Community level: carry out lectures on parental education knowledge,strengthen community publicity,promote parents to understand the importance of learning parental education knowledge,and expand parental education knowledge.Social workers play multiple roles,such as service provider,guide,observer,resource link,etc.,to provide direct and indirect services to parents who need parental education in the community.Finally,it evaluates and examines the role of social work in the practice of parental education,summarizes and reflects on the deficiencies and limitations in practice,and puts forward some Suggestions.
