Practical Exploration Of Social Work Helping Autistic Adults In Social Interaction

Social communication disorder is one of the core symptoms of people with autism spectrum disorder,which seriously affects their interpersonal communication and life adaptation.Related research shows that social skills intervention for autistic adults can effectively improve their social adaptability and improve Their employment competitiveness is better integrated into the work environment.It can be seen that social skills intervention for autistic adults has great practical significance for their future development.In this study,six autistic adults from Guiyang Huiling Social Work Service Center were selected as the research objects.Case work methods and group work methods were mainly used to involve them in social work and to design solutions for their specific situations.The focus of this research is on how to improve the social interaction ability of adults with autism.Through the literature method,we have learned about the situation of adult autism,observed the distance between them by field observations,and understood their lives through interviews Status and social interaction issues.Conducted a long-term investigation through the above three methods,and assessed their needs.According to their problems and needs,develop specific goals and service plans,select corresponding intervention strategies and service plans,and combine the energy-enhancing theory and advantage perspective theory of social work,and use the method of case work and group work in social work.Adults with autism undergo intervention and design specific intervention plans according to the different levels of their problems.Through the development of activities,help them improve social interaction and interaction,improve social communication capabilities,and expand the scope of social interaction.After the service is completed,the service is fully evaluated through process evaluation and result evaluation.Finally,summarize and reflect on the entire service process,make deep reflections on social workers themselves,practical processes and research topics,and put forward suggestions for improvement.This study uses case work and group work methods to help adults with autism who have difficulty in social communication.The research has confirmed the possibility of case work and group work methods applied to this topic.This will also be theoretically and The practical level provides reference for the research and practice in this field.
