The rehabilitation intervention of autistic patients is accompanied by their whole life.The rehabilitation and growth direction of autistic children pays more attention to the integration of family,school and society.With children at the center,family is the key system for children with autism to interact and connect with the outside environment,and family rehabilitation plays a significant role in the rehabilitation of children with autism.This study applies the ecosystem analysis of school-age children with autism as the starting point to explore the needs of children in rehabilitation training.In response to their needs,this research discussed the applicability of group social work to establish a positive interaction between autistic children and their family and the external environment by intervening in family rehabilitation training.This research mainly adopts interview method and participatory observation methods.Through interviews with six main caregivers of school-aged children with autism,this study analyzes the ecosystem situation of autistic children from the microsystem,mesosystem and macrosystem,especially the three microsystems of children in the family,school and peer groups participation,the interaction of these three systems in the mesosystem,and the impact of the macrosystem on the growth of children with autism.After the needs assessment,this paper focuses on the intervention methods that parents guide autistic children to adapt to and integrate into relevant systems,and how they affect the children’s rehabilitation in daily life.By comparing the two groups of school-age autistic children’s ecosystems with large differences in rehabilitation levels,we can understand the active and effective ways of parental intervention and obstacles in system interaction.It also provides direction for the design of group intervention.In the implementation of group social work,social workers and special education teacher work together to combine natural family,school,community and other life situations by parent-child training,exchanging experience and discussing among parents.Parents can learn specific intervention skills and reflect on the bad cognition and methods of the intervention process in simulated environment system,so as to help children establish a positive interaction with the family and the external environment in their daily life.Combined with the effectiveness evaluation of the group activities,this paper draws the conclusion that the intervention of group social work in the family rehabilitation training of school-age children with autism is applicable and effective.Assisting parents to change the cognitive bias of interfering children’s behavior and improving their intervention ability can play a role in family rehabilitation,and then achieve the effect of adjusting the balance of children’s ecosystem.In the family system,parents need to adjust their physical and mental state,family members should participate in the rehabilitation training of their children,so as to improve the corresponding ability of autistic children by positive encouragement and moderate intervention.Parents also ought to cultivate their sense of security and self-confidence in a warm and loving family atmosphere.In the school system,parents should strive to create a harmonious and integrated education environment for children,and provide appropriate demonstration and assistance in accompanying children to school.In order to develop active language of autistic children,improve their awareness of rules and concentration in the interaction with peer groups,parents can build a communication and interaction bridge with their teachers and classmates.In the community system,parents should increase the social opportunities for autistic children to interact with peers and social groups,pay attention to effective social intervention.Meanwhile,in order to conduct generalized social training,face-to-face happy and intensive interaction should be carried out for children by using outdoor natural scenes.
