| Guizhou Province is the province with the largest relocation scale and the largest number of people in the country.Since 2016,a total of 1.92 million people have been relocated to resettlement communities.With the advancement of the relocation policy,the problem of community integration of the relocated people has become increasingly prominent.Especially for the elderly,it is a great challenge to adapt and integrate into the resettlement community.Whether the relocated elderly can integrate into the resettlement community is of great significance to themselves,the community and the country.With the help of the internship opportunity,as an intern,I entered the C community of poverty alleviation and relocation in Anshun City,Guizhou Province,to study and intervene in the community integration of the elderly in this community.First of all,this study took the elderly people who were relocated for poverty alleviation and relocation in the C community of Anshun City,Guizhou Province as the research object.Through unstructured interviews and participatory observation methods,the current situation of community integration of the group was understood from the dimensions of community life,interpersonal communication,and psychological emotions.The study found that the community integration dilemma of the elderly in community C in relocation poverty alleviation can be summarized as negative emotional coercion at the psychological level and weak sense of community belonging,low community familiarity and self-identity at the cognitive level,and lack of community communication and participation in community activities at the behavioral level.Secondly,for the community integration difficulties of the elderly in this community,analyze the reasons from the individual,family and community levels.At the same time,it is found that this group has the need to be familiar with the community,enhance the sense of self-worth,expand social interaction and form community belonging.Finally,based on needs,from the perspective of ecosystem theory,group work is carried out from the individual level,the group and family level,and the community level intervention.At the same time,based on the social support theory,starting from the emotional level,cognitive level and behavioral level,the social support network of the group is improved to help the group members to successfully integrate into the community.The research shows that,first,the community integration of the elderly relocated for poverty alleviation is not good;second,group work has a unique advantage in helping the elderly relocated for poverty alleviation to integrate into the community;third,the construction of a social support network is the basis for the relocation of the elderly to achieve community integration.In addition,community integration is an ongoing process and the support and assistance provided by social work alone is limited.Therefore,in order to help the elderly relocated from poverty alleviation and relocation to successfully achieve community integration,it is necessary for all parties to work together to establish and expand formal and informal social support networks for the elderly,and strive to solve their integration dilemma at the psychological,cognitive and behavioral levels.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward suggestions from the perspective of social work,that is,according to needs,attract individuals to participate in community activities;base on the community,give full play to the advantages of individuals and communities;build individual community memory based on emotions. |
