With the continuous advancement of industrialization, marketization and urbanization, the economy, politics, culture and society of traditional rural areas have been comprehensively impacted. The introduction of modern media has made villagers' living conditions more atomized.Rural areas are gradually changing from "acquaintance society" to " stranger society",and the traditional rural communities are also going into decline. The rise of dancing in the street squares has undoubtedly dropped a stone for the gradually silent country life: whether in dam dam, park or square, everywhere can hear the dynamic rhythm of square dance, can see the figure of women enjoy stretching. There is no doubt that rural women are the main participants of dancing in the street squares and the main force of rural cultural construction. In jinyun county, the Village Spring Festival gala with women as the main participants showed women's enthusiasm and initiative in leading rural social and cultural life, and further highlighted their dominant position in rural society.Compared with the Village Spring Festival gala, dancing in the street squares exists in the daily life of rural women, and the research on rural communication is more universal. However, influenced by the early development of communication studies, academic studies on rural communication in China often focus on the power of foreign cultures, ignoring the subjectivity and cultural creativity of farmers.Until the frequent outbreak of cultural crisis in rural areas, the scholars of communication political economy turned their attention to rural areas and paid attention to those communication activities that had a real impact on farmers' emotional structure and values.Dancing in the street squares is not a cultural model only for people to watch,it has a deeper significance for the construction of rural society.Based on the perspective of rural communication, this paper analyzes the subjective construction process of the dancing women, and finds that: First, the identity of women is not static, from young daughter-in-law,lonely mother to powerless mother-in-law,the dancing women of different ages have different emphasis from their growth background to participation motivation.Second, rural women use dancing in the street squares to express themselves and participate in the construction of rural culture as subjects. They try to gain power through the reconstruction of social network and the creation of new culture, and finally realize self-empowerment.Third,the community is based on certain rituals and exchanges.Today's dancing in the village street squares seems to be shaping into a ritual and a daily practice.Participants generate emotions through "body-body encounter",and the mutual infection of emotions provides the possibility for the reconstruction of "imaginary community".In this study, the author adopts the methods of participatory observation and in-depth interview to conduct a case study on dancing in the street squares of shiqiaozi village.First, dancing in the street squares is indeed an important way for rural women in this area to realize self-expression and subjectivity construction.Secondly, the case study can effectively narrow the scope of research objects, and is more feasible in operation.
