Practice Exploration Of Rural Women's Organization And Community Participation From The Perspective Of Subject Construction

The strategy of rural revitalization was put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China.The report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China pointed out that the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is fundamental to the national economy and people's livelihood.Rural revitalization,rural governance is the foundation,and community participation is the premise of rural governance.At present,the population of women in rural areas has exceeded half of the total population.Only by mobilizing the majority of women to participate in the community,can women play a role as a new force of rural revitalization in rural governance and rural revitalization.Promoting the formation of women's community organizations and community participation is of great significance to the rural revitalization.However,in most rural areas of our country,not only do women seldom participate in the community,but also the number of rural community organizations is small and their function is limited.From the perspective of subjective construction and the strengths perspective,and by using the method of community organization,which is often used in community social work,this paper analyzes the reasons of why the participation of rural women in village public affairs is hindered.Through establishing the women's community organization “Qiaoniang Class”,Social workers help women of K village slowly improve self-confidence because of accepting literacy education,relax body and mind and help them enhance social support networks because of the square dance activities.After social workers guiding and promoting “Qiaoniang Class” to provide volunteer service in the village,to participate in public affairs management,“Qiaoniang Class” and other women in K village gradually set up women subject consciousness,and changed the outdated concepts that women can't participate in the village public affairs management,and formed a "village thing is my thing" belief.However,because “Qiaoniang Class” has not been established for a long time,this community organization of K village is not mature enough.Therefore,social workers need to summarize experience and reflect on experience,so that social workers can promote K village's community organization to make a better development,and help women of K village carry on better and maturer community participation,making women really play a role of "holding up half the sky" in the rural revitalization.
