The University of Applied Technology has prospered abroad.In China,it has only begun to receive national attention and attention in recent years.The University of Applied Sciences aims to cultivate high-level,high-quality,high-level technical and skilled talents who serve the first line of industrial production and have theoretical knowledge and practical application ability.This kind of talent training orientation is fundamentally different from research universities and vocational colleges.This difference means that the requirements for teacher abilities will vary.Most of the teachers who work at Applied Technology University are from research universities.The environment for education is different from that of applied technology universities.This difference may lead to teacher role conflicts in the role-playing process.Role conflicts will dampen teachers' work enthusiasm and reduce work efficiency.Therefore,timely identification and resolution of teacher role conflicts is the proper meaning of applying technology universities.This research takes role theory and teacher development theory as the theoretical support,consults and collates the domestic and foreign literature on the role conflicts between teachers of applied universities and college teachers,and gives a brief overview of the development status of teachers at applied universities and universities at home and abroad.The teacher role conflict is presented in the form of a process model,which is divided into four parts: the cause of the conflict,the manifestation of the conflict,the result of the conflict,and the handling of the conflict.In the following chapters,the conflict performance,the cause of the conflict,and the conflict handling are analyzed in detail.The role conflict performance is summarized,and the teacher role conflict performance is differentiated and compared from the perspective of group type and role conflict type.In terms of teacher group types,the degree of influence of seven variables,gender,age,teaching age,position,job title,education,and marital status,on teacher role conflict performance was studied.In terms of teacher role conflict types,from within roles,between roles,and outside roles Three aspects study the differences in the performance of teacher role conflicts.The causes of role conflicts and conflict management are mainly studied from three dimensions:social level,school level and individual level.
