The quality of education is the lifeline of university talent training.In China,higher education has rapidly entered the stage of mass development,and people's attention to higher education has gradually shifted from quantitative to qualitative.The quality of undergraduate education has gradually become a hot issue of social concern.In this study,from the perspective of learning engagement,through the questionnaire survey method,the undergraduates of D University are taken as the research object,with the goal of improving the learning engagement of undergraduates.To study the current status of the learning engagement of undergraduates in D University and the relationship between learning engagement and student Outcomes.The design and use of the questionnaire in this study draws on the research results of the "National University Students 'Learning engagement Survey"(referred to as NSSE)and "Chinese University Students' Learning engagement Survey"(referred to as NSSE-china).By measuring the performance of students in the five parts of "the level of academic challenge","initiative cooperative learning","teacher-student interaction frequency","the richness of educational exrerience",and "supportive campus school environment",we have invested in the learning of undergraduates at D University.basic understanding.There is a preliminary exploration of the impact of demographic variables on undergraduates' learning engagement.By constructing a regression model of learning engagement and self-assessment of undergraduates 'harvest,the relationship mechanism of learning engagement affecting undergraduates' self-assessment of harvest was analyzed.In this study,through independent sample T test and single factor analysis of variance,There are no significant differences in the learning performance of undergraduates of different genders and professional categories;There are significant differences in learning engagement t.This study uses SPSS21.0 software for data analysis.The results show that there is a significant correlation between the indicators of learning engagement and student gains.The first-level indicators of learning engagement have a significant positive effect on student gains.Based on the research conclusions obtained by empirical analysis,this study proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the undergraduates' learning engagement.From the school level.Clarify the status of students as the main body,establish a student-centered quality view,establish an evaluation guarantee mechanism,establish a learning investment research institution,leverage teacher resources,and build a teacher-student interaction platform;Choose flexible teaching methods,enhance students 'participation in learning,shift the focus of teaching,cultivate and train students' higher-order thinking skills;increase the understanding of school situation at the student level,make full use of school resources,actively participate in classroom interaction,improve reading and writing levels,and clear learning goals,Establish a career-oriented learning plan;This research helps to objectively understand the current status of undergraduates' learning investment in D University,provide more accurate services and support for undergraduates,provide better reference and practical support for schools to better improve the quality of talent training.
