Professional title evaluation is the recognition and affirmation of teachers' professional level.The professional title evaluation of rural middle school teachers shall be based on the evaluation standard of "conditions for the application and evaluation of qualifications for a series of professional and technical positions of teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Guizhou province"(here in after referred to as "assessment conditions"),with specific reference to the implementation rules for the evaluation formulated by each rural middle school.It is of great significance to study the evaluation of rural middle school teachers' professional title in order to attract young teachers to rural development,stabilize the ranks of rural teachers,and encourage rural middle school teachers to improve their specialization.Rural middle school teacher in A city as an example this paper,using literature method,survey method and interview method to Guizhou province rural middle school teacher title appraisal policy,evaluation standard,especially the title appraisal implementation guidelines for schools to investigate and comb,found that the current rural middle school teacher title appraisal in Guizhou mainly have the following questions: the inspection standard is not scientific,review procedure is not standard or the title of "the double factors incentive effect is poor.The causes of the problem are mainly analyzed from three aspects: the deviation of the policy implementation of the balance of urban and rural education by the competent authorities,the lack of supervision,and the "city-orientation" of the index allocation.School level to the relevant policy interpretation is not in place,"official standard" thought;But the teacher has the group ability to be weak generally,the lifelong learning consciousness is not strong.The way to solve the problem also from following aspects: the competent authorities set scientific standards,improve the mechanism of rural education funding,strengthen supervision,optimize the allocation of rural middle school teachers,and increase the evaluation index of professional titles,etc.At the school level,we should give full play to the democratic management,develop the rules for the evaluation of school professional titles,set up the promotion of minor levels,stimulate and enhance the drive of teachers' independent development,and guide teachers to develop the habit of "reading and reflecting".The teacher should also strengthen the awareness of life-long learning,independent learning to improve the level of specialization and so on.Through the joint efforts of all parties,the professional title assessment system of rural middle school teachers is more reasonable and standardized,which plays an important role in strengthening the construction of rural teachers,promoting the professional development of rural teachers and stabilizing the rural teachers.
