The ideological and political curriculum standards of ordinary high schools(2017 edition)condensed the core accomplishment of the ideological and political discipline,and at the same time elaborated on the cultivation approach of the core accomplishment of the discipline.It is pointed out that the core quality of discipline is cultivated and developed by individuals in the process of analyzing and solving problems by applying disciplinary thinking and methods,disciplinary knowledge and skills in real situations with different complexity.At the same time,it is pointed out that teachers should change their teaching methods and make ideological and political classroom teaching in an open and democratic atmosphere through the introduction,guidance and discussion of topics.Thus it can be seen that the questions in high school ideological and political classroom are directly related to the teachers' teaching,students' learning and the implementation of the new curriculum standards.Therefore,it is particularly important to ask questions in the high school ideological and political class whether they are effective or not.On the one hand,the implementation of effective questioning in high school ideological and political classroom teaching is not only an urgent requirement to implement the new ideological and political curriculum standards,but also to improve the quality of ideological and political classroom teaching,but also to comply with the political subject proposition trend of the college entrance examination.On the other hand,effective questioning in high school ideological and political classes is of positive significance in stimulating students' interest in learning,enhancing students' learning motivation and cultivating students' core quality of subjects.For a long time,the majority of political teachers have been committed to effective classroom questioning,but in the actual ideological and political classroom questioning,there are still inefficient or even ineffective problems,affecting the effective play of the role of ideological and political classroom questioning and the improvement of teaching efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct more in-depth research on effective questioning in high school ideological and political classes.Classroom questioning refers to the activities in which teachers raise questions to complete the classroom teaching and achieve the teaching objectives and organize students to respond positively in the specific scenes of classroom teaching.High school ideological and political class effective questioning,refers to the high school political teachers to achieve the expected teaching goal,on the basis of the grasp the content of teaching and learning,through the careful design question,before the class in the process of classroom teaching to create good problem situation,and,in turn,stimulates the student to the classroom questioning initiative thinking and active participation,and to the student's answer to make the appropriate evaluation and feedback process.Its criterion mainly includes: base on social practice,establish good problem situation;Centering on morality and cultivating people,it points to the core accomplishment of the discipline.Ask the purpose is clear,inspire students thinking;For all students,the types of questions are varied;Ask easy moderate,promote full thinking;Create a harmonious atmosphere and encourage students to ask questions.Conduct timely feedback and implement appropriate evaluation.Based on the criterion of effective questioning in high school ideological and political classes,through questionnaire survey and classroom observation,the following problems are found in the implementation of effective questioning in high school ideological and political classes: The purpose of the question is not clear,the type of question is single;Waiting for answer time is short,students think not enough;Call answer scope is relative concentration,the structure is unreasonable;General evaluation single,feedback fuzzy failure.The main reasons for the existence of the problem are: the teacher's inadequate preparation for classroom questions;Question design ignores individual differences of students;Teachers' sense of fairness should be strengthened;Teachers' questioning skills need to be improved;The professional quality of teachers needs to be improved urgently.In view of the problems existing in the current high school ideological andpolitical classroom effective questioning,on the basis of theoretical analysis combined with their own practical research,it is believed that the key to the optimization of the high school ideological and political classroom effective questioning lies in the teachers,so the focus on the political teachers put forward a variety of optimization strategies.First,make careful preparations to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political classroom questions.Political teachers can make full preparations from three aspects: curriculum standards,teaching materials and students.Second,master the effective questioning and implementation skills in ideological and political classroom.Specifically,political teachers should make efforts from the following aspects: optimizing the design of questions in ideological and political classroom;Increase the waiting time to promote students to think fully;Establish the sense of fairness,expand the scope of call answer;Attach importance to the evaluation and feedback of students' answers.Third,strengthen study and improve their professional quality.Political teachers should keep the concept of lifelong learning,pay attention to the needs of the development of The Times,improve through continuous learning,update their own teaching philosophy to adapt to the new situation;To perfect its own knowledge structure and realize the organic unity of general cultural
