With further promotion of a new-round basic education reform and variation of teaching modes, classroom teaching has taken on new looks, in which teacher-student interaction has increased and subjectivity of students has been more respected. Enormous new resources have been generated, i.e. "Classroom generative resources". Effective utilization of generative resources in ideological and political classes does not only benefits promotion of teacher quality and student personality, but also improves teaching efficiency of the course.Through combining common features of classroom generative resources and unique features of ideological and political classes, it is found that the generative resources share features such as situationality, transcendence, symbiosis of morality and intelligence, diversity, ideology and openness. The forms to exist also varies. From the perspective of triggering factors for classroom generative resources, there exists generative resources triggered by "teacher guidance", "questions and answers of students" as well as "classroom emergencies".The effective utilization of classroom generative resources for ideological and political class will erect positive impacts on realization of three-dimensional objectives, initiative of participating in classroom activities, enthusiasm of teachers and establishment and maintenance of harmonious teacher-student relationships. However, in practical processes, resource drain caused by unique feature of its transiency, superficial understanding from the teachers, closed presuppositions and inappropriate guidance towards generative resources reduces the teaching efficiency of ideological and political classes. The loss of classroom generative resources embodies as the negligence from the teachers, simple suppression or appreciation without encouragement.The loss of classroom generative resources proves to be a large problem in improving ideological and political classroom teaching efficiency, the amelioration and settlement of which should abide by certain principles and implement corresponding measures. The effective utilization of classroom generative resources should conform with three-dimensional target-oriented principle, subjectivity principle, consistency in openness and directivity principle, combination of ideology and timeliness principle. Concrete measures should also be adopted during teaching processes to activate, capture and take advantage of these resources. The ways of effectively taking advantage of these resources mainly includes:viewing classroom generative resources rationally, seeking the balance between presupposition and generation based on scientific presupposition, stimulating enthusiasm of students, triggering teachers’ teach.
