Private education and training company's knowledge staff are the key to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The incentive degree of knowledge workers in the company and the degree of transforming their knowledge into benefits directly affect the competitiveness of the company and determine the future of the company.Therefore,it is imperative to construct and implement the incentive strategy for knowledge-based employees.It not only contributes to the realization of employees' personal value and the long-term healthy development of the whole company,but also contributes to the development of local economy.To a certain extent,it is of great significance for the development of China's education to establish the people's satisfactory education and meet the needs of the masses for high standard and high-quality education.Zhengzhou DY Education & Training Company knowledge workers incentive problems and incentive strategy optimization,is the theme of this paper.Due to the impact of epidemic situation,many offline private education and training companies have closed down or run away.We can't control the "time of the day",we must grasp the "geographical advantage" and "the harmony of people".Building and implementing the incentive strategy of knowledge workers in private education and training companies is the most important thing for the education and training companies to grasp the "geographical advantages" and "people harmony".By sorting out the relevant theories and literature of knowledge workers in education and training companies,the author believes that knowledge workers are more in line with the hypothesis of "social man" and "self actualizing person" according to the existing different hypotheses of "economic man","complex person" and "self actualizing person",and pay more attention to internal motivation than external motivation.Based on this,the author through literature analysis,research,questionnaire survey and interview,on-the-spot understanding of Zhengzhou DY Education & Training Company knowledge workers before optimization of the incentive situation,research and Discussion on the incentive issues.According to the incentive theory,aiming at the problems and development needs of the knowledge-based employees in Zhengzhou DY Education & Training Company,this paper puts forward four principles of knowledge-based staff motivation in Zhengzhou DY Education & Training Company and "four in one incentive scheme of Zhengzhou DY Education & Training Company",and has been applied in Enterprises.After more than one year's practice,good results have been achieved.This paper puts forward a constructive and practical improvement scheme,which makes the incentive situation of knowledge-based employees in enterprises improved to a certain extent and has a certain degree of innovation.At the same time,the study explored a set of practical and feasible scheme that can effectively promote the enthusiasm and motivation of knowledge-based employees for a long time,so as to better meet the needs of the company's development.It is a subject that needs continuous research and exploration to give full play to the motivation and role of knowledge workers.Limited to the author's level,there are some deficiencies in the research.I hope this research program can provide some reference and help for other education and training companies to optimize the internal incentive environment of the company and further improve the incentive strategy of knowledge-based employees.
