With the development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of residents’living standards,parents’investment in children’s learning and growth has increased,and in recent years,the education and training industry has sprung up rapidly,and has become the Chaoyang industry as well as medical,IT and other industries.The education and training industry is based on the transfer of knowledge/skills,employees need to continue to innovate knowledge and skills,such employees generally have a high degree,master a lot of knowledge and skills,and the traditional labor-intensive workers are very different,and people are the world’s most complex animals,whether they can play their full role depends on their ability,Attitude and subjective initiative,if the incentive is appropriate,human capital can play a maximum role.If the incentive is improper,then the value of human capital is lost,how to effectively motivate them to play knowledge and skills has become the key to enterprise human resources management.This paper investigates and analyzes the knowledge-based staff motivation of A education and Training company,analyzes and studies the status quo of knowledge-based staff motivation in A education and training company from the aspects of salary design,rank combing,performance appraisal,talent development and enterprise culture,and synthesizes the theory of content incentive and the theory of process incentive.The incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in education and training industry is combed and designed.The innovation of this paper is to take A education and training company as the research object,make a comprehensive diagnosis of the company’s problems in the incentive of knowledge workers,fully combine the actual situation of the enterprise with the theory of incentive,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,which is conducive to further perfecting the incentive mechanism of the enterprise,enhancing the motivation of the company At the same time can also provide reference for other education and training industry companies.
