| The growth and development of New Oriental Education & Technology Group is the epitome of the entire Chinese education and training industry.New Oriental has matured the development of full-subject tutoring,and has gained considerable recognition in similar domestic markets,while it is oriented focus on English training.However,since New Oriental is developing and growing rapidly,it has gradually exposed some problems,especially the turnover rate of knowledge-based employees has increased year by year.This article uses empirical research method to analyze and research the current situation of human resources development of SJZ branch of New Oriental Education Technology Group.With field investigation data of SJZ branch’s Human resources status that combined with domestic and foreign research trends,by using two-factor theory,ERG theory,fairness theory,and Cook curve.Design and issue questionnaires for the relevant characteristics of knowledge-based employees who are on-the-job and who have left.Based on the data analysis of the feedback results of the questionnaires,it was found that there are some problems in its human resources management strategy which led to the high turnover rate of knowledge-based employees of the SJZ branch,such as incomplete incentive system,low salary satisfaction,unreasonable training system and lack of promotion opportunities for employees.Aiming at the above problems,this article proposes solutions from these aspects,improving employee incentive systems,formulating reasonable training systems,improving the career development plan of knowledgeable talents,and advocating innovative corporate culture,which are based on the principles of fairness,rationality and science.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the plan,specific strategies were proposed,including the active cooperation of managers,the protection of employee incentive systems,the career planning of employees,and the strengthening of corporate culture.With the research on the problem of the loss of knowledge-based employees caused by the insufficient human resource management of New Oriental SJZ branch,this paper proposes preventive methods and guarantee strategies,which will promote the scientificization of the human resource management model of New Oriental Group.It may also provide some reference and inspiration for human resources management in the domestic education and training industry. |
