Combined with the literature,the reasons for the increase of learning pressure of rural middle school students in the holiday are explored.Using the method of group work to relieve the study pressure of rural junior high school students in the holiday.The study found that students in B middle school had problems such as decreased physical quality,greater study pressure and increased conflicts with their parents during the holiday life.After the needs assessment,it was found that they had the needs to comprehensively understand themselves,correctly deal with study pressure,improve learning planning ability,learn communication skills and reasonably vent their emotions.According to the demand of rural junior high school students make the plan of the group activities,through nine times in group activities,help the rural junior middle school students correctly understand the learning pressure,a comprehensive understanding of their own advantages and disadvantages and improve self-confidence,improve the study planning ability and interpersonal skills,learned to show emotion reasonably,to a certain extent reduce the study pressure,Also alleviate the middle school students' family conflicts.In addition,this group work intervention still has the problem of lack of professionalism,the number of group samples involved is small,and the research content is one-sided.
