The mental health of junior middle school students in rural areas has seriously hindered their physical and mental health growth,and the development of mental health in rural areas is related to the national future.In some rural junior high school students' life attitude is negative and decadent,the phenomenon of campus bullying is frequent,which must arouse the high attention of all mental health workers and government.This study firstly investigates the status quo of bullying and life attitudes of junior middle school students in rural areas,and analyzes the characteristics of their current situation and explores the relationship between them.Then,the author prepared a group counseling activity plan for improving the life attitude towards the promotion.Through experimental intervention,it was proved that improving the attitude of life and reducing the effectiveness of bullying behavior on campus.The study concluded that:(1)Self-reported students with experience of bullying accounted for 47.4%,while those who bullied others accounted for 24.67%,while those with double bullying accounted for 19.09%.The results of the survey have fully confirmed the prevalence of school bullying among junior middle school students in rural areas.(2)The way of bullying is that verbal bullying comes first.The bullying behavior of middle school students in rural areas is most likely to occur in the classroom,followed by the playground.When bullying occurs,students are more likely to talk to their friends about bullying.In the observation of bullying,very few students choose to help the bullied.(3)The life attitude of junior middle school students in rural areas was at a moderate level,with the lowest scores in the sense of perception,followed by life experience and death attitude.(4)The significant gender differences on love and care only dimensions,the grade,the parent company,family,school satisfaction,family life attitude part dimension like extent there are some significant differences.(5)There is a significant negative correlation between school bullying and life attitudes,and life attitudes can partially predict bullying behavior on campus.(6)By changing the love and care,life experience and death attitude,sense,etc.,the establishment and implementation of group psychological guidance in our study to improve the level of rural junior high school students life attitude has immediacy and persistent effect,and can reduce the incidence of bullying behavior.
