With the deep integration of technology and education and the rise of online teaching and learning,new requirements and challenges are required from teachers' teaching work.The opinions on accelerating the construction of high-level undergraduate education and comprehensively improving the ability of talent cultivation pointed out that in order to realize high-level undergraduate education,teachers' ability of teaching and educating must be comprehensively improved,educational and teaching performance assessment should be strengthened,and teaching and scientific research should be given equal importance.Boyer's academic view of teaching requires teachers to pay attention to complex teaching situations,actively supplement and expand knowledge and skills that keep pace with The Times,summarize experience in reflection,and test results in practice.Based on the current concept of lifelong learning for all and the in-depth development of educational informatization,our society and academia will continue to pay attention to the construction of teaching engineering and the professional development of teachers.MOOC(massive open online course)not only meets the demand of the whole people for lifelong learning,but also advocates teachers to improve their teaching ability and level.In the face of the era of Internet+ education,teaching as an academic form has become inevitable.The research mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,Delphi expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process.Firstly,the research background,research purpose,research content and research ideas are introduced.Secondly,it defines the core concepts of MOOC teachers and teaching academic ability,and expounds the theoretical basis related to MOOC teachers' teaching academic ability,including TPACK framework,teaching academic theory and teacher professional development theory.On the basis of the basic process of MOOC teaching and the existing research results on teaching academic ability,the author establishes the structure model of MOOC teachers' teaching academic ability through expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process,and determines the weights of indicators in the structure,and designs the self-evaluation table of MOOC teachers' teaching academic ability.The main contents of establishing the structural model of MOOC teachers' teaching academic competence include: sorting out the basic process of MOOC teaching through interviews and literature analysis,and preliminarily constructing the structural model of MOOC teachers' teaching academic competence based on the existing research results;Based on the results of three rounds of expert consultation,the structural model was revised and the weight of each subcapability in the structural model was calculated by ahp.This paper establishes the components of the academic ability of MOOC teachers,including four ability dimensions: teaching preparation,curriculum resource development,MOOC teaching and exchange reflection.Among them,teaching preparation includes educational teaching knowledge and teaching design ability,curriculum resource development includes the ability of using media and technology and effective expression,MOOC teaching includes teaching organization ability,teaching management ability and teaching evaluation Ability,communication and reflection include teaching reflection ability,teaching research ability and academic communication ability.Each secondary ability includes 32 three-level ability elements,including subject professional knowledge,subject teaching knowledge,education general knowledge and so on.The abilities at all levels are not only independent,but also interrelated,showing the characteristics of step-by-step refinement,which provides a theoretical basis for the development and evaluation of the academic ability of MOOC teachers.
