The Constitution grants all citizens the right to employment,and disabled people should have equal rights to employment.Disabled college students are a disadvantaged employment group in our society.Due to their physical health,some of their body functions are lacking.Physical inconvenience reduces their competitiveness in the job market and hinders their employment opportunities and quality to a large extent.There are many difficulties encountered in employment,including the discrimination of employers,the narrow employment scope,their own biased estimates of their own employability,and the social public opinion that lags behind the progress of the times.These situations all indicate that the employment difficulties of disabled college students are relatively large and the employment needs are very high.high.This article takes as an example a case of employment guidance for a college student with a physical disability in the X community served by the author during the internship at Institution B.With the theoretical guidance of social identity theory,social support theory,and superior perspective theory,we have carried out the "Getting Out of Bad Emotions and Finding The real me","Society is a network,unite you,me,and others","Internship-the process of social adaptation and transition","Good job needs to be found","My tricky life is up to me",etc.Intervention services eight times.The author had a one-on-one interview with the client,resolved the anxiety of the client before employment,and conducted a SWOT analysis together with the client,and comprehensively analyzed and summarized the client's advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the external environment,and helped The client re-recognizes himself,uses the advantages of social work itself to help the client link to the internship,sets up a job search plan,and stimulates the client's endogenous motivation,encourages the client to give full play to their subjective initiative and actively interview for employment,and finally the client achieves employment,Found self-worth,improved confidence and ability to face difficulties,and closed the case smoothly.Finally,the author made a summary and reflection on the social work profession,advocated the construction of a team of professionals in the field of social work with disabilities,improved the ability of social workers to integrate resources,jointly built a barrier-free society,and encouraged the disabled to take the initiative to obtain employment.
