Research On University Students Employment Support Of Navigation In D University From The Perspective Of Social Work

The employment problem of graduates is not only related to the future and hope of graduates and their families,but also related to the effectiveness of school personnel training and social stability.The professional students of maritime professions are indispensable for the construction of the talent team of the shipping industry because of their professional counterparts.In recent years,the employment pressure of maritime majors has continued to increase,and the proportion of graduates engaged in the shipping industry has continued to decline.The traditional employment support of colleges and universities is biased towards management and lack of services.This study hopes to provide employment support for D University's maritime majors through social work intervention,and improve and propose improvement measures.Through the analysis of the status of the employment support system for college students majoring in navigation at D University,it is found that the employment support system has the employment guidance support and the student demand is not matched,the employment orientation in the industry is not obvious,the employment assistance support is not timely,and the employment security is not guaranteed.This study interviewed the employment counseling service of D University Employment Guidance Center but did not solve the employment problem.The research believes that there is a lack of management and lack of service in the employment support of college students in the University.This paper introduces the social work method into the employment support of the university students of the University,and participates in the employment of the graduates of the navigation profession by case work.The process can effectively solve the problems faced by the client during the employment period,such as confusion,pressure,insufficient employment information.Due to the existence of small gaps in work and land,and the relatively difficult and lonely working environment,in the process of designing and implementing,social workers are required to provide more support to maritime students in order to help the maritime profession.College students find a suitable job for themselves and contribute to the development of the shipping industry.
