The disabled is an important component of social workers, the employment of the disabled people’s livelihoodproblem is universal, to solve this problem, it is of great significance for the people with disabilities and their family even the society as a whole.However, China is faced with the serious situation of employment of persons with disabilities. On the one hand, the adjustment of economic structure impact on the employment structure,market allocation mechanism to stimulate the economy of the invisible unemployment,resulting in the employment competition and pressure to the employment of the disabledemployment increasingly difficult; on the other hand, the low quality, the government policies and regulations is not yet complete, social cognition and value orientation, and the misunderstanding of the community the employment unit loss of function and other factorsbecome disabled access to employment, to achieve the development of the shackles. At last, combined with theory and practice, put forward the path and mode of social work intervention in specific policy, the completion of comprehensive, independent, professional service, resource diversification of the disabled employment assistance services system as the ultimate goal,and evaluation and reflection on this process, in order to further improve the system to provide reference.
