In recent years,with the development of intergenerational education mode,the traditional parent-child education mode dominated by parents no longer occupies the mainstream position.The fast-paced life and busy work make parents have no time to take care of their children,and the children's grandparents and grandparents have become the main force of taking care of their children.This mode of grandparents raising their grandchildren is known as intergenerational rearing mode.Although intergenerational education can help parents to alleviate the conflict between work and family,it plays a positive role and also brings some negative effects.Therefore,this education mode has attracted the close attention of the majority of sociologists.In the intergenerational education,the grandparents and parents will have conflicts and frictions because of various external and internal factors in the process of bringing up children.This kind of conflicts and frictions are collectively referred to as the intergenerational conflicts of intergenerational parenting families.The generation conflict will make the parent-child relationship increasingly tense.For example,Professor Yao benxian of the Academy of Educational Sciences of Anhui Normal University of China once pointed out that "changes in children's rearing patterns and unequal parent-child relations are also the reasons for the intensification of intergenerational conflicts." The original intention of intergenerational education model is to relieve the work pressure of parents and enable grandparents to enjoy family happiness.But in fact,the simple role transformation of education subject can not only solve the actual needs,but also cause intergenerational conflicts between parents and children.Therefore,the author hopes to achieve the purpose of alleviating the intergenerational conflict by exploring the causes of intergenerational conflict.At present,most domestic scholars are devoted to studying the conflicts between grandparents and parents in the family of intergenerational education,the factors causing friction,and the changes of the elderly's emotion and life satisfaction in the process of intergenerational education.But at present,domestic scholars have little research on the subjective will of the elderly to take care of their children.We don't think about whether the elderly are willing to help them with their children,but we take it for granted that the elderly should help them raising their children.The author hopes to study the objective factors and subjective will that affect the choice of the older generation to take care of their children through the investigation of the situation of community intergenerational education.We call on everyone not only to pay attention to the emotional changes of the elderly in the process of taking care of their children,but also to respect the elderly's subjective choice of taking care of their children,and not blindly push their children to their grandparents.And through professional group activities to promote communication and exchange between parents and children,to provide a platform for grandparents to open their hearts,sort out the factors causing intergenerational conflict,and ease the tense parent-child relationship.In this paper,through questionnaires,interviews,observation and other ways to understand the case owner,define the problem that the case owner needs to solve,set up the overall goal and stage goal,and gradually help the case owner to alleviate the intergenerational conflict between parents and children.Through the selection of group members,we can understand the current situation of contemporary intergenerational parenting families,and help the intergenerational parenting families to alleviate the intergenerational gap between grandparents and parents and the older generation to express their subjective will clearly from a practical point of view.Through process evaluation and result evaluation,to determine the effectiveness of group activities,and give corresponding suggestions.
