Enterprise staff well-being is combined with life and work are two major aspects of the comprehensive index of happiness,and at present the two aspects of the pressure is on the staff's physical and mental health,reduce their pleasure in work and life,of course,as a new generation,the teacher also faces,the current common problems of this great impact on the employee's work enthusiasm and reduce the work efficiency.In order to study the influence of service-oriented leadership on the happiness of new generation of middle school teachers,this paper uses the literature research method to sort out and analyze the literature related to service-oriented leadership,team member exchange,perceived organizational support and the happiness of new generation of middle school teachers,and constructs the research model of this paper on the basis of self-determination theory.500 new generation middle school teachers in Shanxi Province were investigated by using questionnaire method.On the basis of the reliability and validity of the returned questionnaires meeting the standard,the correlation analysis and regression analysis of the relationship between various variables were conducted by using empirical research method to verify the hypothesis proposed in this study.Finally,the research conclusions of this paper are drawn :(1)Service-oriented leadership has a significant impact on the new generation of middle school teachers' happiness;(2)Team member exchange plays a significant mediating role in the effect of service-oriented leadership on the subjective well-being of the new generation of middle school teachers;(3)Perceived organizational support can significantly regulate the relationship between service-oriented leadership and the new generation of middle school teachers' happiness.Based on the above analysis,to better improve the service to bring the influence mechanism of middle school new teachers' subjective well-being of the understanding,better give full play to the role of the service brought,and ultimately correctly and effectively guide the enterprise organization and management practice,this research in view of the recognition and cultivation of servant leadership,improve employee well-being,optimization of team members exchange relationship and pay attention to employees' perceived organizational support four aspects are also proposed.
