Study On The Influence Of The Exchange Relationship Of Team Members On The Suggestion Behavior In College Students Project Team

With the growing number of university student groups,the diversity of university student organizational rises,therefore,members of organizations,especially college students,are more and more valuable to handle and solve problems in the organization.How to make the organization members,especially college students take the initiative to express their views.This doubt not only puzzles the leaders of the organization,but also arouses the academic interest in " making suggestions ".Therefore,this article will proceed from the college student groups,college students in college counseling behavior influencing factors and the impact mechanism in-depth discussion.This article through reading and literature related behavior literature,sorting out relevant research at all times and in all countries,to understand its influencing factors;explore the relationship between members' exchange and suggestion behaviors and the mechanism of their interaction.This article mainly uses the literature research method and the questionnaire method to construct and verify the model.The definition and measurement of variables in the text,based on the preclude the use of literature research methods;and model verification preclude the use of questionnaires.We conducts a research on the relationship between the behavior of counseling,the exchange of members and the sense of security,and draws conclusions that will help enterprises to guide how to promote employee suggestions;the research on the act of suggestion from an empirical point of view has certain reference meaning for the future research on the act of building a speech in China;the research on the influence of different dimensions of exchanging members on the behavior of suggestion can help make up for the shortcomings of the previous research on exchanging the relationship between the whole and the act of presenting.It is helpful for superiors to take pertinent measures to motivate employees to put forward their own ideas.
