Teachers can influence teenagers of the accumulation of knowledge,the will of the culture,the development of the mental health and their concept towards a future life,the school education on students' study and life positive effect than negative effect is important for the students,teacher's ethics is a key factor can decide the implementation of this study to middle school teachers' ethics as the research object.Through questionnaire investigation and literature research methods such as current situation of middle school teachers' ethics research in Y city,research is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,the reason for the topic research significance,research objective research method to study the review study design is presented The second part is the summary of middle school teachers' ethics,including the theoretical basis of the construction of the moral standards of the core concepts and historical roots in the third section is the middle school teachers' current ethics analysis of middle school teachers' ethics good ethics problems including overall performance,touch the ethics line a few teachers,teachers' lack of laws,regulations and policies of learning consciousness lack of spread the excellent culture of classroom teaching behavior lack of virtue to deal with the relationship between teachers and students is a poor safety awareness lack of normative teaching behavior is poorer.According to the study,the main reasons for the problems of middle school teachers' morality are as follows: firstly,the teachers' morality is influenced by the prevalence of ideals,the lack of rules,the deviation of the focus of school teachers' morality and the problem of idealization.Secondly,the school's teacher ethics management system is not perfect,among which the lack of teacher ethics education and the fairness of teacher ethics evaluation result in the middle school teachers pay little attention to the development of teacher ethics and pay perfunctory attention to the learning of teacher ethics.Finally is affected in transformation period of society,social and political status of primary and secondary school teachers gradually increases and the contradiction between the economic compensation to improve slow lead to teachers' work enthusiasm is not high,distribution of work to other areas,the change of the social ideological trend of the whole group of teachers ethics idea influence,teachers under the guidance of concept of itself is affected into a lower working attitude.In order to solve the problem that teachers don't pay much attention to teachers' morality and some of them have a low level of teachers' morality,first of all,we should take teachers as the foundation and strengthen the construction of teachers' team.Secondly,we should establish and improve the management mechanism of teachers' morality and the feedback mechanism of rewards and punishments for teachers' morality.Finally,we should take teachers as the foundation,strengthen the construction of teachers' team,build a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education,improve teachers' social reputation,safeguard teachers' interests and protect teachers' status.
