Therefore, thischapter thought argues that the occupation ethics of teachers in Colleges shouldprovide the basic ethical knowledge base for teachers, thus providing and thechallenge of their moral strength for them to overcome the challenges fromthemselves in the communication with between other teachers and students and withsocial public, colleagues faced communication, social interaction. University Teachers’ Association ethics is a form of teachers’ moral practice, is anecessary condition of teacher’s virtue and occupation ethics play a role. Universityteachers have encountered some of the most ethical dilemmas control force andtension in ethical practice mainly relates to some ethical problems in teaching. As astudent of "significant others" in the moral and ethical responsibility to protectstudents grow healthy. On the other hand, teachers as a rationalsubject teaching should recognize the communicative teaching for students’ ofother status in communicative teaching. Meanwhile, university teaching is also amoral effort in essence. When the ethical dilemma happened, teachers need to keep acolleague on group loyalty and unity. But when some "moral confusion" phenomenontakes place, if the teacher indirectly expresses the weak consciousness and theirpressure and difficulty which come from overcoming the moral problems ofcolleagues, it clearly points out that teachers is the lacks of knowledge of ethics inthis state of tension.In modern society, the orthodox management is guided a self-evidentstatement--" A good organization will cultivate good staff", so that ethical issues aredeeply influenced by the reasonable system design.
