Research On The Impact Of Smart City Construction On Industrial Structure

City is the carrier of people’s life,smart city is to use advanced information technology means to integrate information into urban construction,solve many urban problems in modern society,make full use of urban resources,make people’s life more convenient,realize wisdom fusion and innovation guide.The continuous expansion of the scale of smart citiy in China has promoted the development of high-tech industries and brought about a new round of industrial transformation in the process.In the past,the research on smart citiy was mostly theoretical research,and there was a lack of articles analyzing the impact of smart city construction on economic life through actual data.This paper uses panel data to investigate the influence of smart city construction on three aspects of industrial structure.By using the differences-in-differences method of tendency score matching and falsification test,the robustness of the model is verified,and the mesomeric effect of test method is used to explore the operation mechanism of the policy.It is found that the construction of smart city can promote the rationalization of industrial structure,and production of service industry.The construction of smart city improves the upgrading of industrial structure through four effects: industry innovation,science and technology level,Internet development and resident consumption.There are differences in the influence of smart city construction on industrial structure in different regions,which are divided into eastern,central and western regions,among which the influence of western region is more significant.The construction of smart city with different city scale has different influence on industrial structure,and the city scale is divided into big city,megacities and megacities.The results show that big cities have the most obvious effect on promoting the development of industrial structure.The higher the comprehensive level of smart city,the more obvious the influence on the rationalization and height of industrial structure.Innovation and value: considering the different implementation time of smart city pilot,the multiphase differences-in-differences method is used to build the model,which makes the data use more fully and the model is more suitable for practice;the data of smart city score is used to verify the difference of the promotion function of smart city to industrial structure upgrading.This article is helpful for the nation to plan the construction of new smart city.We should continue to expand the scale of smart citiy and focus on the western regions and areas with large cities,at the same time do a good job in advance of the Internet and other infrastructure construction.
