Individual differences and the relationship between education and teaching field of the teaching of the most active areas of research, one of the research and application of the relationship between teaching and teaching methods to promote change. The differences in teaching is a manifestation of the new curriculum reform "to the Chinese nation's rejuvenation, to each student's development" concept.Differences in the objective of teaching is not to eliminate differences, but differences in order to develop healthy, reduce bad difference. For the sustainable development of every student:the first emphasizes that each student, the second highlight sustainable development. Every student here is not for all students to achieve the same level, but follow the law of education, and tap the potential of every student so that every student on the basis of the original development of this idea and do not seek the difference in teaching co. Sustainable development is the focus on the development of students, do not spoil things by excessive enthusiasm for students to learn the true capacity-building, to enable students to experience joy in learning, teachers need for teaching philosophy, teaching all the way to change to meet the different needs of students Therefore, our objective also requires attention to differences between students of different students to be met in the learning experience the fun of learning and ultimately improve their own capabilities.How to mixed ability teaching classes to take care of differences in students so that each student can be fully developed, has been a teacher generally confused the issue. This article attempts to explore this issue. Thesis is divided into three parts:the first part, from differences in teaching related concepts, literature review of history, discussed the differences between the reality of teaching based on the theoretical basis, the policy basis; the second part, select a few schools on the New Curriculum Teaching differences investigation and analysis of the difference from the 9 dimensions of teaching in practice the situation is analyzed; the third part, first discuss the mixed-ability classes based on the difference under the teaching process, and thenKey differences from the students to prepare and intellectual structure of the existing differences between the two established before the implementation of teaching put forward practical and feasible strategy.
