Research On The Spatial Spillover Effect Of China's Regional Green Innovation Ability On Green Economy Development

In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly,but it has also caused serious damage to the ecological environment.Therefore,it is necessary to transform the economic development mode and develop a "green economy".The healthy development of the economy is inseparable from the synergy of "innovation drive" and "green development",that is,"green innovation".This paper uses the panel space measurement method to study the spillover effect of a region's green innovation capability on the green economic development of the region or other regions,which is of great significance for improving the overall level of green economic development and promoting the balanced development of the green economy.This article follows the idea of combining theory with empirical research.First,30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China from 2011 to 2017 are used as the research object,and the panel data factor analysis method is used to measure the green innovation capability,including the ability to support green innovation,the ability to support green innovation environment,and the ability to destroy the ecology of green innovation;Secondly,the green GDP calculated based on the SEEA accounting system is used to measure the green innovation capability and measure the level of green economy development,quantitatively analyze the temporal and spatial evolution trend of the level of green economy development;Finally,the level of green economy development is used as the explained variable,the green innovation capability is used as the explanatory variable,and the degree of opening to the outside world and the construction of transportation infrastructure are used as the control variables to establish a panel space measurement model.The research results show that:(1)The level of green economy development has a positive spatial correlation,and this positive correlation generally shows a trend of increasing year by year from 2011 to 2017,which indicates that the spatial agglomeration degree of my country's regional green economic development level is in the strengthening stage.(2)The model results obtained by establishing the SDM with dual(temporal and spatial)fixed effects are the best,and the ability of green innovation has a significant positive spatial spillover effect on the development of green economy,among which the direct effects,indirect effects and total effects are all significantly positive.(3)The dual(temporal and spatial)fixed-effect SDM established nationwide with inter-provincial panel data as a sample shows that the direct effect and spillover effect of green innovation capability on the development level of the green economy are conducted through two paths.However,the results of a separate analysis of the four major economic zones in the country show that although the direct effects of green innovation capabilities on the level of green economy development are basically significant,the transmission path is relatively simple.In addition,according to the research results,this article puts forward suggestions for increasing the investment in green innovation,optimizing the environment for green innovation,increasing ecological protection and strengthening the communication between regions to promote the development of regional green economy.
