After the reform and opening up,China has taken the road of industrialization development.In just a few decades,it has made many major achievements.The economic aggregate has risen steadily in the world,and its contribution to world economic growth has continuously increased,its influence has gradually increased,and it has become the largest.Developing countries,but their extensive economic growth model has not only caused waste of resources,but also environmental issues have become increasingly prominent.In order to improve environmental pollution,the people also have clear water and blue sky.The "Report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" clearly defines green development as the primary content of reforming ecological civilization,and proposes to promote green development,and it is necessary to build a market-oriented green technology.Innovate the system,and expand the environmental protection industry,reduce energy consumption,and carry out green travel.However,in the process of transforming economic growth mode and upgrading industrial structure,due to insufficient green management level,insufficient investment in green innovation,and unreasonable allocation of innovative resources,the level of green technology innovation is not high.The rise of new economic geography theory for research Green technology innovation provides a new research perspective,and academics are beginning to realize that there are large differences in resources,technology,capital, various regions,and the problem of uneven development of regional green innovation.They has focused on studying the spatial relationship of green technology innovation.In recent years,the national strategic position of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has improved,but the differences in green technology innovation capabilities of the provinces and cities in the upper,middle and lower reaches are more obvious,and they have not yet played a role in the coordinated coordination of various regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Therefore,this paper uses the Super-SBM NonOriented model to calculate the green technology innovation efficiency of the nine provinces and two cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2016,and theoretically analyzes the existence and spatial spillover mechanism of green technology innovation.The spatial Dubin model verifies the spatial spillover effect.The results of this paper show that from the results of green technology innovation calculation,the level of green technology innovation in the provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has been greatly improved,but more than half of the provinces and cities are still in an inefficient state,indicating that the Yangtze River Economic Belt iscommon in all provinces and cities.The green technology innovation capability is relatively low,and it is necessary to further enhance the level of green technology innovation in the provinces of the Yangtze River Economic Belt;Judging from the global spatial autocorrelation test results,the green technology innovation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt region has obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics,and the positive spillover effect has been increasing year by year.From the local spatial autocorrelation test results,the Yangtze River economy The positive spillover effect of the level of green technology innovation with the downstream provinces and cities is more obvious;From the results of empirical model estimation,each influencing factor is not a simple promotion effect on green technology innovation.Specifically,the public cognition level,environmental regulation and enterprise scale have inhibited the region's green technology innovation capability,economic development level,and enterprise R&D.Factors such as levels and human capital can contribute to the region's ability to innovate in green technologies.Therefore,in order to promote the overall level of green technology innovation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,it is necessary for the joint efforts of enterprises,governments and the market.At the same time,the spillover effect between regions should not be neglected.The linkage coordination mechanism between the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt should be fully utilized.Radiation effects of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.
