Research On The Development Of Higher Vocational College Green Skills In The Case Of Zhejiang Technical Institute Of Economics

Green economy has been the basic strategy of the world economic development and the core of the green economy recombination and green industry development is the demand for green skills.The basic strategy of green skills development is to adjust the setup of higher vocational colleges,teaching goal,the course content and the teachers training scheme,making "green skills" become the basic quality and professional ability of students.Research firstly discusses the theoretical basis of green skills development from economics,sociology and other multi-disciplinary perspective,among them,the green economy is the endogenous power of green skills development,sustainable development is green exogenous impetus of skills development,technology innovation provides the effective external form for the green skills development.Secondly,research explores the reality of green skills development from practical level and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of green skills development.On the one hand,based on the international perspective,taking the TAFE college in Australia for example,research derives the green skills development experience of foreign vocational education from Australia’s green skills development background,its curriculum reform,teacher training,typical case analysis and other aspects,providing practical reference for green skills development of our country’s college vocational education.On the other hand,from the domestic status,research conducts the thorough study of green skills development of domestic higher vocational colleges and leans green skills development progress and measures in the case of Zhejiang Technical Institute of Economics,finding out problems like lesser green skills embodied in the curriculum design,difficulty to implement green reform of project teaching and imperfect green skills development dynamic mechanism which needs to be improved.Finally,focused on the problems,research puts forward the basic strategy of green skills development of higher vocational colleges is to build a green jobs qualification certificate system,set up the specialties with green industry relatively,built the curriculum system of green concept,cultivate green education teachers.
