Lower extremity strength is the basic motive force for athletes to complete their technical actions at high speed,and is one of the core factors of winning in competitive sports.It is determined that lower limb strength plays a major role in achieving good results in the competition.Physical confrontation is becoming increasingly fierce,the rhythm of the competition is obviously accelerating,and the pace of movement is flexible and changeable.These movements want to be accomplished flexibly and freely.The core strength training is the optimization of the general strength training.It is a multi-dimensional,multi-plane action design based on the general strength training.It is not only the transformation of muscle structure,but also the activation of nerve function and the improvement of nervous system's ability to control the muscle.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and experiment,etc.Referring to the training method of core strength,this paper studies the practice of lower extremity fast strength of Sanda special students,in order to prove the influence of core strength training on the lower extremity fast strength of Sanda special students,and perfect the training means of Sanda special purpose.In this paper,20 Sanda special male students of Grade 2015 in Beijing physical Education University were chosen as experimental subjects.The experimental group was trained with core strength,while the control group was trained with general strength.The time and intensity of each training in the experimental group and the control group were the same.After 10 weeks of experimental training,the comparison of the control group before and after the experiment,the experimental group before and after the experiment and the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,and draw the following conclusions:1.After 10 weeks of experimental training,the seven indexes of fast strength of lower extremities of the two groups of students represented by Sanda were improved to some extent,but the effects of general strength training and core strength training were similar in the two indexes of starting strength.There was no significant difference.2.After 10 weeks of experimental training,the control group increased the left whip leg,the right whip leg and the standing long jump by 17kg/26 kg and 15 cm respectively,while the experimental group increased the left whip leg by 17kg/26 kg and 15 cm respectively.The right whip leg and standing long jump were increased by 6kg/4kg and 5cm respectively,which indicated that the general strength training was more significant than the core strength training.3.Through 10 weeks of experimental training,the Lllinions test and 10-meter reverse race of the experimental group increased 0.51 s and 0.4s respectively,while the control group's Lllinions test and 10-meter reverse race increased 0.02 s and 0.03 s,respectively,indicating that the core strength training used in the experimental group was effective in the fast strength of the lower limbs of the Sanda students.The effect of response strength was better than that of control group.4.The core strength training has obvious enhancement to the movement control and strength enhancement of the lower limbs of the students in Sanda,especially the improvement of the body control ability,which also promotes the performance of the special technical action.
