Labor education lays the foundation for students cognitive development,moral character training and behavior shaping with practical characteristics,and also provides comprehensive application and practice platform for the development of other four education.Therefore,labor education has taken the important responsibility of practical education since the founding of new China.With the development of society,the value of labor education is more prominent,which has become the key way to implement the concept of "establishing morality and cultivating people" in the new era.However,the current primary school students lack of labor literacy,the lack of labor awareness in the family,the marginalization of labor education in schools and other problems lead to the primary school labor education to cultivate the comprehensive development of the human function is difficult to play.Therefore,in the new era,it is necessary to promote the implementation of the concept of "establishing morality and cultivating people" in primary schools,to explore the combination of labor education in primary schools and "to establish morality" and "to cultivate people",to analyze the problems of implementing the concept of "establishing morality and cultivating people" in the education practice and to put forward some pertinent opinions.Based on the implementation of the concept of "establishing morality",the paper analyzes the existing literature on the implementation of the concept of "establishing morality" in labor education,and then analyzes the feasibility of the theory of establishing moral and cultivating people in primary school.The feasibility of implementing the theory of "establishing morality and cultivating people" in primary school labor education mainly lies in three aspects: focusing on body,integrating body and mind,and integrating "four education".The research uses the methods of questionnaire,interview and observation to conduct interviews and questionnaires on teachers and students in two primary schools in Qufu City.From the knowledge of teachers and students about primary school labor education,the realization of the concept of "establishing morality and cultivating people" by teachers and students,the implementation of primary school labor education,the participation of primary school students in family work,the gap between the primary school and the primary school in the context of labor education The general situation and the integration of the concept of "Li De Shuren" into the primary school labor education survey labor education.In the primary school,the guarantee level of implementing the concept of "establishing morality and cultivating people",broadening labor education resources,equipping professional labor textbooks,cultivating professional labor teachers,establishing professional labor places,can realize the expansion of the concept of "establishing morality and cultivating people" in primary school labor education,and protect the labor education from the effect of educating people.In terms of evaluation,it is necessary to improve the evaluation mechanism of labor education to add impetus to the implementation of the concept of "establishing morality and cultivating people" in primary school labor education.In addition,it is necessary to pay attention to: labor education is not the responsibility of the school,and all the subjects involved in the primary school labor education need to play their respective roles.Therefore,we need to strengthen the cooperative education in primary school labor education,better expand the implementation space of the concept of "establishing morality and cultivating people" in labor education,ensure the coherence of labor education impact,and realize the students' moral quality in the interaction between real environment and classroom teaching,and promote the students' overall development on the basis of this.
