Labor is the foundation of human life,and human beings must work in order to obtain the information necessary for survival.In the process of labor,human beings continue to develop from low to high,so that everyone grows from "natural person" to "social person." Lenin said that "there is no combination of education and productive labor for the younger generation.The ideals of the future society cannot be imagined.Whether it is the teaching and education that is free from productive labor,or the productive labor without teaching and education at the same time,modern technology cannot be achieved.Level and the level of scientific knowledge required." The combination of education and production labor,as an important part of China's education policy,has an important impact on promoting China's economic development,improving the talent training model and improving the quality of citizens' work.As an educational practice under the guidance of the combination of education and productive labor,labor education not only helps students discover themselves,recognize themselves and realize themselves,but also is an important driving force for implementing quality education and promoting students' all-round development.Labor education,cultivating students to establish correct labor values,guiding students to love labor,working,and knowing the greatest labor and the most beautiful work is the key to promoting individual student development and cultivating high-quality talents for the country.However,in the current school education practice,there are various problems in labor education.For example,labor education is weakened and marginalized in schools,the value understanding is one-sided,the development is deformed,and the education process is laborless and labor-intensive.The separation of teaching,teaching and labor,and the educational function of labor have been eliminated.Therefore,this research is based on practice,investigates the current problems in the labor education ofprimary and secondary schools,analyzes the causes of problems,explores the way to solve problems,and provides suggestions and assistance for further promoting labor education in primary and secondary schools.This study firstly combs the traditional Chinese,Western and Marxist labor education thoughts from a historical perspective,and analyzes the historical development of labor education.Then,starting from the needs of the current society,it reaffirms the practical significance of labor education.Labor education is an important way to implement quality education,cultivate students' morality,realize a complete body view and develop students' practical ability to stimulate students' innovative spirit.It is also an indispensable link to cultivate all-round development of people.Then,through questionnaire and interview,taking seven primary and secondary schools of different nature in X city as the object of investigation,the questionnaire and interview outline were compiled from four aspects: labor values,the design of labor education content,the way of labor education implementation and labor education security mechanism.The survey found that the main problems existing in the current practice of labor education in primary and secondary schools are: unclear understanding of the labor value of teachers,lack of curriculum resources for labor education,single implementation of labor education and imperfect labor education security mechanism.After thinking deeply about the existing problems,the author believes that the main reasons for the problems are the influence of traditional ideas on education,labor and talent,productivity,bad culture and urbanization orientation in social environment,examination-oriented education in school education,lack of attention by educators and unscientific educational methods.Based on the above investigations and analysis,the author thinks that the following aspects should be promoted and improved: First,we must correctly understand the value of labor education in primary and secondary schools,teachers should change the concept of labor,establish a sense of respect for labor,and students should enhance their labor awareness,give full play to their initiative;secondly,enrich the resources of primary and secondary school labor education curriculum,Opening a labor course,enrich curriculum forms,expand curriculum content and improve curriculum quality;once again,it is necessary to improve the implementation of labor education in primary and secondary schools and change teaching methods.Give play to the function of educating people,pay attention to the combination of learning and learning,and achieve the unity of knowledge and action;finally,we must improve the labor education guarantee mechanism for primary and secondary schools,strengthen the construction of teachers,improve assessment and evaluation,improve management mechanisms,and strengthen scientific management.
