Since the reform and opening-up,China's socialist construction is booming,and the rapid development of the economy and science and technology has put forward higher requirements for the quality of workers.Workers in the new era must be high-quality workers,who must master professional labor skills and have lofty labor quality.However,the progress of economy and science and technology brings not only gratifying social development,but also hedonism,consumerism,and other ideas,and the misconceptions such as indolence,extravagance and waste,contempt for labor,and so on.The Party and the government are keenly aware of this phenomenon.On March 20,2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Colleges,Universities and Primary Schools in the New Era",emphasizing that labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics and directly determines the labor spirit,labor value orientation and labor skill level of socialist builders and successors.To cope with this situation,the history discipline of senior high school should respond to the call of "Opinions",vigorously carry forward the labor spirit,and make the glory of labor and the greatness of creation become the strong voice of the times.Labor spirit means people's attitude in the process of labor,as well as their labor outlook and spiritual quality.The cultivation of the labor spirit is an important part of China's labor education.To advocate the cultivation of labor spirit in the whole society,the most direct and effective way is to pay attention to the growing future workers,so that the cultivation of labor spirit can go deep into schools at all levels.Senior high school is a critical period for the formation of one's world outlook,outlook on life and values.As a basic course to promote students' all-around development,the senior high school history course plays an irreplaceable role in the formation of students' world outlook,outlook on life and values.Therefore,to develop the spirit of labor,high school is the only choice.In the curriculum of high school,history subjects have the unique advantage of cultivating the spirit of labor,and the cultivation of the spirit of labor and history teaching in high school complement each other.In order to explore a reasonable way to cultivate labor spirit harmoniously in high school history teaching,the author first conducted a questionnaire survey on some students in my internship school and my classmates in a scientific and truth-seeking attitude,and then analyzed the problems existing in the cultivation of labor spirit in high school teaching.According to the author's analysis,from teaching materials,schools,teachers,examinations and many other aspects,there are many obstacles in developing labor spirit in senior high school.However,as long as we adhere to the cultivation principles of orientation,subjectivity,scientificity and combining theory with practice and give full play to subjective initiative in specific teaching activities,we can cultivate labor spirit imperceptibly,create a social fashion of respecting and loving labor,and enable students to establish the concepts of hard work,honest work and creative work.Then,the author devotes himself to the concrete practice of cultivating labor spirit with confidence.The country,school,family and society have made efforts to cultivate labor spirit.The author also actively carries out labor spirit cultivation activities in history teaching and class management,and the practice results are quite fruitful.However,at present,there are still many problems in the cultivation of labor spirit in senior high school.Dedicated to the integration of disciplines,making overall plans and deepening professional experience is the forward direction of the concrete practice of labor spirit.
