With the rapid development of science and technology,the traditional handicraft industry is disappearing,along with the spirit of craftsmen.We call the excellent professionalism of the traditional craftsmen the craftsman spirit.In recent years,with the economic transformation of our country,a large number of talented and professional talents are needed.The reality is that society is increasingly impetuous,more and more impatient and refined work attitude and spirit.At the same time,there is also a lack of cultivation of the craftsman spirit in the current educational system.Many people realize the importance of the craftsman spirit only after many years of work.If we can cultivate the spirit of craftsmen Advance will help people to set up a correct view of occupation,so as to better adapt to the development of the future society and help them to fully realize the value of life.The stage of junior middle school is an important stage to establish a correct outlook on life,world outlook,values and good spiritual quality,and history is an important humanities discipline,which plays an important role in cultivating talents.Based on the history subject of junior middle school,combined with its own teaching practice and questionnaire,the author thinks that history subject contains a lot of contents about craftsman spirit,which is helpful to cultivate students' craftsman spirit through history teaching in junior middle school.In addition to "introduction" and "conclusion",this paper is divided into four chapters.The main content of the first chapter is the definition of the spirit of craftsman,including craftsman,craftsman spirit,and the specific content of craftsman spirit that students in junior high school should cultivate,including the attitude of striving for perfection.Adhere to the will quality of focus,self-negation of innovation spirit,respect for teachers to study attitude.The meaning of cultivating craftsman spirit is also the content of this chapter.The second chapter,through the questionnaire survey of the craftsman spirit of some junior middle school students in Nanchang City,to understand the current situation of cultivating the craftsman spirit of the students in the junior middle school education,and to advance the development of the craftsman spirit of the students.And the analysis causes the craftsman spirit cultivation insufficient reason.The third chapter is based on the history materials of junior middle school in compulsory education stage(2011 edition),the reference of middleschool history teachers and other auxiliary materials related to junior middle school history teaching,and excavates the contents related to the spirit of craftsmen in the middle school history teaching.Provide rich material for cultivating craftsman spirit in history teaching of junior middle school.The fourth chapter discusses the way and method of cultivating craftsman spirit in history teaching of junior middle school,and analyzes how to cultivate craftsman spirit of junior middle school students through teaching combined with concrete teaching practice.At the same time,combined with the extracurricular related historical activities,guide students to cultivate the spirit of craftsmen.
