Coping style is the external manifestation of individual personality.At present,the main measurement methods of coping style are behavior observation method,self-report method,physiological measurement method and psychological measurement method.Among all the methods,the questionnaire method in self-report method is the most used method in the literature.Our country is committed to promoting the informatization of education and improving the quality of higher education with new infrastructure.It coincides with the large-scale application of online sports teaching during the new crown epidemic.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out related research on sports online learning.Studies have shown that in the online learning process of various subjects of college students,there will be a phenomenon similar to offline learning burnout,but there is no literature research on this phenomenon.Studies have shown that coping styles affect learning burnout,but whether coping styles affect offline and online sports learning burnout has not yet been studied by scholars.This research uses the method of literature data,questionnaire method,interview,mathematical analysis and other methods to study the coping style of college students,and the current situation of offline and online sports learning burnout.It also studies the comparison of burnout between offline and online sports leaning,and the impact of coping styles on offline and online sports learning burnout.Research results are as follows:(1)The coping style of college students includes three dimensions: self-regulation,help-seeking and problem solving,fantasy and avoidance.Their average values are 2.09,2,and 1.19 respectively.(2)The average value of offline sports learning burnout is 2.66,and 25.7% have an average value greater than 3.The average value of online sports learning burnout is 2.85,and the number of people with an average value greater than 3 accounted for 39.2%.(3)There are significant differences in offline sports learning burnout among college students of different genders(P<0.05),and girls are larger than boys.There are also significant differences in offline sports learning burnout among college students of different majors(P<0.05),with the average value from high to low are: liberal arts,art,science and engineering,and physical education.Besides,college students in different home locations have significant differences in offline sports learning burnout(P<0.05),and rural areas are larger than urban areas.(4)There are significant differences in online sports learning burnout among college students of different majors(P<0.05),and the average values from high to low are: science and engineering,liberal arts,physical education,and art.There is a significant difference in online sports learning burnout between the only-child and non-only-child college students(P<0.05),and the only-child is greater than the non-only-child..(5)There is a significant difference between offline and online sports learning burnout of college students(P<0.05),and online is greater than offline.There is also a significant difference between offline and online sports learning mood of college students(P<0.05),and online is greater than offline.Also college students’ offline and online sports learning behaviors are significantly different(P<0.05),and online is greater than offline.(6)Coping styles can significantly negatively affect offline sports learning burnout.Self-regulation can significantly negatively affect offline sports learning burnout,while fantasy and avoidance can significantly positively affect offline sports learning burnout.(7)Coping styles can significantly negatively affect online sports learning burnout.Self-regulation can significantly negatively affect online sports learning burnout,while fantasy and avoidance can significantly positively affect online sports learning burnout.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The levels of various coping styles adopted by college students from high to low are: self-regulation,help-seeking and problem solving,fantasy and avoidance.(2)College students generally have a certain degree of burnout in offline and online sports learning,and the degree of college students’ burnout in online sports learning is higher than that in offline sports learning.(3)There are significant differences in gender,major,and home location in the offline sports learning burnout of college students.(4)College students’ online sports learning burnout has significant differences in profession and whether they are only-child.(5)There are significant offline and online differences in sports learning burnout among college students.Among them,there are significant offline and online differences in low sports learning mood and improper sports learning behaviors.(6)The more active the coping style of college students is,the lower the degree of burnout in offline physical education is.The stronger the self-regulation ability of college students is,the lower the degree of burnout in offline physical education is.The lower the degree of fantasy and avoidance of college students is,the lower the degree of burnout in offline sports education.(7)The more active the coping style of college students is,the lower the degree of online sports learning burnout is.The stronger the self-regulation ability of college students is,the lower the degree of online sports learning burnout is.The lower the degree of fantasy and avoidance of college students is,the lower the degree of online sports learning burnout is.
