The new round of basic education curriculum reform emphasizes the cultivation of students' core quality,in which the concept of life plays an important role.Therefore,the concept of life has received great attention in biology teaching and become an important aspect of biology teaching and research.The curriculum standard specifically points out four life concepts:structure and function concept,material and energy concept,steady-state and balance concept,evolution and adaptation concept.These four concepts are not isolated,but infiltrate each other,interweave each other and merge into an indivisible whole.Therefore,in order to better cultivate students' concept of life,it is necessary to make full use of the relationship between concepts to carry out teaching,help students form the relationship system of life concept,and improve their ability to solve practical biological problems.The research mainly adopts four methods: literature research,case analysis,experiment and questionnaire survey.By consulting the relevant literature,this paper defines the concept of the concept of life,and on the basis of the relationship system of the concept of life constructed by relevant scholars based on the relationship between various life concepts.In order to achieve the cultivation of the relationship system of life concept,the construction of unit teaching design ideas is carried out,which is divided into selecting the unit content for preliminary analysis and making good preparation for teaching;Make teaching objectives of units and class hours,and make clear teaching direction;Design the teaching hours to achieve the teaching objectives;Evaluation and reflection,optimization of teaching design.In the third part of unit teaching design,in order to highlight the pertinence of life concept cultivation and enhance the operability of class teaching design,PBL teaching mode and concept map teaching strategy are effectively integrated to construct class teaching design process,including creating problem situation and perceiving concept;Design efficient problem,analyze concept;Cooperative exploration promotes concept construction;Drawing concept map and constructing concept system;There are five steps to refine and sublimate the concept system.According to this teaching design idea,the chapter "energy supply and utilization of cells" was taken as an example to carry out case design,and202 senior high school students in Qingzhou No.3 Middle School of Shandong Province were taken as the research objects to carry out practical research.The homogeneity of the experimental group and the control group was analyzed by the pre-test questionnaire.The experimental group was taught by the idea of teaching design,while the control group was taught by routine teaching.After the practice,the students were tested by the post-test questionnaire,and the data of students' performance were collected and analyzed by SPSS software.The results show that there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the understanding of the single life concept related to basic knowledge,but there was significant difference in the understanding of the life concept system and the practical application of the life concept relationship system.The score of the experimental class was significantly better than that of the control class,which indicates that the teaching design idea was helpful for students to understand the life concept It is effective to solve the practical problems of biology.
