Because of the rapid development of society and the proliferation of knowledge,life-long learning becomes the mainstream educational concept of teachers' groups.Traditional inefficient school-based training has been unable to adapt to the demands of teachers in the development of the times.“Credit Bank” is an innovative paradigm.It can meet the diverse training needs of different teachers,to promote the teacher's growth of self-paced learning,to ensure the effectiveness of teacher training,and to help teachers to entrench awareness and habits of lifelong learning.As “Credit Bank”is a new thing in the country,schools have been exploring the best way to use “Credit Bank” in school-based teacher training.This study examines the problems and root causes of “Credit Bank” system in the school-based training of primary school teachers.On this basis,it will put forward the corresponding strategy to makes the effective operation of “Credit Bank” a breakthrough point for the reform of primary school teachers' school-based training,and to promote the benign development of primary school teachers.Concretely speaking,its main content is reflected in the following four aspects:First,this paper summarizes the related literatures on the application of “Credit Bank” in primary school teachers' school-based training.It collects the research contents of the background,the problem,and the strategy of “Credit Bank” system at home and abroad so as to understand “credit bank” the new thing;On this basis,in order to draw lessons,the paper also sorts the previous related researches of the reason,the meaning,the strategy,and the problem that “credit bank” applied to teachers' school-based training.Second,from the rational understanding of “Credit Bank”,it defines the concept of credit,credit system and credit bank,and analyzes the internal operation mechanism of “Credit Bank”,and expounds the value of “Credit Bank” for teachers' training so that we can have an understanding of the relevant aspects of “Credit Bank”.Third,this paper investigates and analyzes the problems of “credit bank” in the school-based training of primary school teachers at present.The survey found that there are the following questions in the operation of credit bank in primary schoolteachers' school-based training: the credit system is not scientific enough to meet the diverse needs of teachers;“Credit Bank” lacks of motivation mechanism,and teachers lack of internal demand;it is high instrumental,but not very humanistic;it lacks of evaluation criteria,and credits recognition is very controversial;there is less organizational guarantee,school-based management is very difficult.Fourth,the paper explores the countermeasures of running “Credit Bank” in primary school teachers' school-based training.In particular,the diversity of the credit contents meets the diverse learning needs of primary school teachers;The scientific operation of the credits system achieves the effective learning of primary school teachers;the management of credit system get more humanistic,which stimulates primary school teachers' endogenous learning motivation;The diversity of credit evaluation standards stimulates the positive learning function of primary school teachers;the long-acting credit management mechanism creates a normal learning atmosphere for primary school teachers.
