As a new teaching method,group reading meets the requirements of students' deep reading.It plays a bridge between single reading teaching and the whole book reading proposed by the new curriculum standard(2017 edition).It is convenient for students to adapt to single reading and turn to the whole book.At the same time,it can also train students to selectively integrate massive information,improve students' reading interest,expand students' reading quantity and reading scope,and promote students' thinking development and Chinese core accomplishment as a whole.It is a feasible teaching method.The advantage of group reading makes many teachers apply it to various literary genres,including ancient historical prose.Historical prose contains the excellent national cultural tradition and humanistic spirit of our country.By studying this kind of article,we can understand its spiritual connotation and promote aesthetic pursuit and cultural value.It is of great significance to inherit and understand our excellent traditional culture.However,according to the present situation of high school history prose teaching,there are still some problems,such as teaching without style,teachers' historical prose literacy is insufficient,students do not have good preview habits,students' consciousness of inheriting and understanding excellent traditional culture is not strong.Group reading helps to solve the above problems.The research method of this paper is to use the literature research method to sort out the current situation of group reading and the teaching situation of high school historical prose,to expound the concept,elements and theoretical basis of group reading,and to invite teachers and students to fill out the teaching and learning status of high school historical prose by questionnaire.In the specific strategy part,the following three links are designed,one is to determine the topic of historical prose,choose the text of historical prose group text,the other is to try to solve the problems in high school history prose group reading with pre-class preparation,in-class inquiry,after-class self-reading steps,third is to analyze the teaching cases of other scholars,and then combined with their own teaching design to do a summary and reflection.In the course of carrying out group reading teaching,pre-class preparation can solve the problem of long length and less class time,reduce students'fear of classical Chinese.Discussion in class is helpful to the development and promotion of students'thinking.After class self-reading can consolidate what we have learned,expand students'reading surface and reading quantity of historical prose,improve reading interest and cultivate good self-reading habits.
