"Reading" plays a very important role in Chinese learning.In order to stimulate students' reading interest,increase students' reading quantity and improve students' reading ability,Chinese scholars constantly explore new theories and methods in reading,among which the Group Text Reading Teaching Model is very popular in recent years.The Group Text Reading Teaching Model advocates teaching from single article to multiple articles,which has truly changed the classroom teaching form and exercised students' various abilities.This thesis takes Group Text Reading as the object of study and aims to explore how to apply Group Text Reading Teaching Model to modern prose teaching in junior high school.In order to study the Group Text Reading Teaching Model,we first need to define the concept of Group Text Reading,clarify the purpose of the study and adopt appropriate research methods on the basis of the clear understanding of the concept of Group Text Reading.Standard of Chinese Course in Compulsory Education and The Examination Guide put forward requirements for students' dominant position and appreciation ability in the classroom respectively,and the tendency of Group Text Reading reflected in the compilation of junior middle school Chinese textbooks,which prove that the teaching mode of Group Text Reading is necessary to apply to junior middle school's modern prose teaching.The Group Text Reading Teaching Model enriches teachers' prose teaching methods and makes prose teaching classroom more creative.Under teachers' guidance,junior middle school students can consciously and actively study prose reading,enrich their emotional experience and improve their aesthetic ability.Through collecting the first class and successful teachers' teaching cases of prose group text reading and analyzing them,we can get some enlightenment on topic setting,text combination and classroom development.In the process of pre-class preparation and classroom practice,teachers have a clear direction on how to guide students and on what the effect of group text reading class should have so that they can have an overall grasp of the development of group text reading teaching.How to use Group Text Reading in modern prose teaching in junior middle school requires four elements: topic setting,text selection,problems design and operation mode.On this basis,the four steps of group text reading classroom teaching are designed,and the teaching cases of group reading are also designed according to the strategies presented.Through the study of Group Text Reading Teaching Model,this thesis hopes to provide teachers with teaching ideas,maximize the advantages of Group Text Reading teaching,improve the quality of teachers' teaching and fully guide students to read correctly so that students can master reading methods,develop good reading habits and improve their reading ability gradually.
