Marx elaborated on the important role of labor in the all-round development of human beings.He believed that the only way to promote the all-round development of human beings is to combine education with productive labor to promote the development and progress of society.Labor education is not only an important means to promote students' all-round development,but also can cultivate students' spiritual world and guide educational practice,which has high practical significance.Therefore,the implementation of labor education in kindergartens has its important development value.In order to understand the development of labor education in kindergartens,this study carries out practical research on children's labor behavior problems,and enriches theoretical knowledge for the development of labor education.This study is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the origin of the study,the definition of basic concepts,the significance of the study and the content of literature review.The second part is the research design.The third part is data and data analysis,which establishes Tao Xingzhi's life education theory and Sukhomlinsky's labor education theory as the theoretical basis of this study.Through the summary and analysis of the observation and interview content,this paper summarizes the current labor problems of young children,including the following aspects: first,labor cognition,which is mainly reflected in the deviation of children's labor cognition,not knowing what to do,and taking labor as a way to get awards;second,labor skills,children's labor skills are not comprehensive and labor is not enough In terms of working attitude,children's attitude towards work is sloppy and they regard work as an entertainment game;in terms of working emotion,children don't cherish the fruits of work and don't respect adult labor;in terms of working habits,children's main performance is passive labor and the persistence of labor is not strong.Based on the above investigation and analysis,The reasons for the current problems are as follows: first,kindergarten teachers do not have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of early childhood labor education;second,the use of kindergarten teachers' material rewards is not appropriate;third,kindergarten teachers do not give children sufficient labor opportunities;fourth,there is a lack of special teaching activities and evaluation mechanism for early childhood labor education;fifth,the development process of labor education Lack of cooperation.The fourth part is practical exploration.This study aims at the problem of children's labor behavior,carries out the design,practice and reflection of activity scheme,and explores the practice of labor education through the use of collective teaching activities,children's songs infiltration,home cooperation and other ways.The conclusion of the study is that the first is to form a "two sides linkage" mode of early childhood labor education;the second is that the implementation of early childhood labor education should return to children's real life and provide practical experience for the development of early childhood labor education.The fifth part is thinking and suggestions.First of all,the research conclusion includes two aspects: second,this study believes that to improve the quality of kindergarten labor education can start from kindergarten and family.First,give full play to the leading role of kindergartens in labor education,mainly from the level of leadership and teachers;second,families should play the basic role of labor education,and jointly help the implementation of labor education.
