Research On Labor Education In The Life Activities Of Kindergarten Middle Clas

In 2021,the latest guideline of labor education in elementary and the ministry of education was announced.and took measures to carry out the labor education.Labor education once again into people's vision caused people's attention.Early childhood education is an early stage of basic education.Preschool is one of the key stages of children's all-round development,The reeducation through labor at the stage of preschool education not only strengthens the ability of preschool children to manage their lives independently,cultivate children's habit of labor,moral character and aesthetic ability develop together Therefore,based on practice,this study investigates the current situation and existing problems of preschool labor education in middle class of Xining City,analyzes the reasons behind the problems,It seeks solutions to the problems and provides practicable souggestins for the effective development of preschool work education.This study adopts the questionnaire method,interview method,observation method and other research methods,having as object of research the xining kindergarten(six public gardens with two private gardens),examine xining kindergarten student in child labor education development present situation,the teachers' understanding of child labor education,attitude,the development status and children's performance in the garden,At the same time,the parents of middle class children were simply interviewed to understand the status quo of child labor education at the family level.The survey shows the following problems: kindergarten lack of special labor education space;Lack of relevant curriculum introduction and teacher training.The problems of preschool teachers are: teachers have a one-sided understanding of labor education;Some teachers have some deviation in their attitude towards preschool work education.Problems related to the development of training for medium-sized workers include: unequal labor opportunities for children;Early childhood education is superficial.And missing.The teacher guidance lacks initiative,the guidance way exists the erroneous zone.Problems of middle birth children in daily life: some children have resistance to work tasks;The self-care ability and planting and feeding ability of middle class children need to be improved.There are some problems in family labor education:doting parents lead to the lack of family infant labor education;Lack of home cooperation,family children labor education lack of theoretical guidance.After investigation and analysis,the optimization path proposed in this study includes the following points,from the social macro level: The central government and local governments cooperate with the education of asylum work;Strengthen the publicity of mass media.At the level of Zhongguan Kindergarten: Develop a reasonable planning related kindergarten based course of regional facility placement within the park and enhance teacher training;Promote home cooperation and tap community resources.Finally,the micro level of teachers improves teachers' theoretical accomplishment and practical ability.
