Objective:With the increase of age,the elderly functional decline intensified,the rapid decline in physical function and self-care ability of the elderly,increase the elderly fall risk,affecting the elderly daily self-care ability.The study of the elderly fitness function and fall risk test,explore the relationship between the two,in order to provide theoretical basis for prevention of senile functional fitness exercise and the risk of falls,for improving the elderly fitness function,reduce the risk of falls in sports and fitness programs to provide practical reference.Methods:This study using the method of literature review of related literature,understand the research status and trends of fitness function and risk of falls in elderly people;the use of test methods for the elderly fall risk assessment and functional fitness test,obtained 311 valid data,male 121,female 190;using the linear regression analysis of the risk of falls in elderly people and fitness function relationship analysis.Results:1)The function of physical fitness test results show that in the 30 seconds arms up indicators,the overall age,test scores worse in the 65 to 79 year old men decreased significantly;in 60,79 years old decreased significantly,in 65-74 years old female and female test decreased significantly;score higher than men,only men in 60-64 years of age than women.In 30 seconds,sit stand indicators,the overall age,test scores worse,decreased significantly between 60-69 and 70-80 years old and later stage;male in 70,after the age of 74 decreased significantly in 60 to 69 year old women decreased significantly;and the result is better than test in elderly men female elderly.In the back scratching test indicators,the overall age,test scores worse,decreased significantly between 60-69,70-79 years old in the two stage;in the 60 to 69 year old male was significantly decreased,decreased significantly in women between 70 and 79 years of age and women's good test scores;in the male.In the seat body flexion index,overall age,test scores worse,decreased significantly between 65-74 and 75-80 years old and later stage;men decreased significantly between 65-74 and 75-80 years old and later stage,and in 75 women aged 80 years and then decreased.Significant;test scores better than the male and the female.In the 2.4 meters up around the overall index,age,test scores worse,between 60-69 and 75-79 years old male decreased significantly;between 60 and 69 years old and 70-79 years old women decreased significantly;between 60-69 and 75-79 years after the fall significant;and in addition to 75-79 years of age,male test scores in women,with a significant difference.In 2 minutes time index,the overall age,test scores worse,between 60-69 and 75-80 years old and later ages between men decreased significantly;in 75,80 years of age and later age between women decreased significantly;in 60,69 and 75 to 80 years of age and beyond age between test scores decreased significantly,and the women are better than men.2.In the assessment of the risk of falls in the elderly,the number of high risk was the largest,and there were significant differences between the indicators of functional fitness in the fall risk classification.In the fall risk index,overall,older test scores worse,between 60-74 and 75-80 years old and later ages between the fall index increased significantly;in 75 men aged 80 and later ages between growth significantly,women in 60-69 and 75-80 years old and after the age between growth significantly;and the fall index of elderly women than men,especially between 65-69 and 70-74 years of age,significant difference.3)the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that age and sex function test the fitness correlation between each index and the risk of falls;4)by regression analysis,the factors influencing the risk of falls in elderly people for gender,age,30 seconds,2.4 meters up and sit around,the regression equation:fall index =-2.02*30 seconds to sit stand up around +2.97*2.4 meters +0.73*age +7.56*sex-3.45.Conclusion:1)The functional fitness of the elderly decreased with age,especially after the age of 80.With the increase of age,the risk of falls in the elderly is on the rise,especially in the 60-to 70 years old and after the age of 80.Therefore,special attention should be paid to the exercise of physical fitness and the prevention of falls risk in the two age groups.2)In addition to gender,age has a certain effect on the elderly fall risk in the elderly,functional fitness index,muscle strength,agility,balance ability are the main factors influencing the risk of falls in elderly people,and agility,balance the risk of falls for the elderly of the degree of influence is greater than the lower limb muscle strength.Lower limb muscle strength and agility,balance ability of the elderly,the lower the risk of falls.Therefore,the lower limb muscle strength and agility,balance ability of the elderly should be paid enough attention,in order to reduce the risk of falls by the lower limb muscle strength,agility and balance ability of the elderly.
