Objective: In this study,45 elderly men in Yangpu District,Shanghai, underwent 16 weeks of combined aerobic vibration training, the functional physical fitness of the subjects, such as upper and lower limb muscle strength, upper and lower limb flexibility, balance quality and cardiopulmonary fitness, was tested and analyzed to study whether the aerobic combined vibration training could significantly improve the functional physical fitness of the elderly, the purpose of the improvement is to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the scientific exercise of the male elderly population, and to guide and promote their future life-long sports practice,to help improve their quality of life in old age. Methods: The effects of aerobic vibration training on the functional physical fitness of the elderly were studied by the methods of Literature,Expert Interview, experiment, observation and mathematical statistics. The subjects were 45 male elderly people collected from Yinhang Street,Yangpu District,Shanghai, randomly divided into Aerobic Combined Vibration Training Group(n=15),Vibration Training Group(n=15)and Aerobic Training Group(n=15)(hereinafter referred to as experimental group,Aerobic Group,Vibration Group). The Aerobic Group was trained for 16 weeks, the vibration group was trained for 16 weeks, and the experimental group was trained for 16 weeks. Before and after the experiment, all the subjects were tested on the muscle strength of upper and lower limbs, soft quality of upper and lower limbs, balance quality, cardiopulmonary fitness and other functional physical fitness indexes. The data were analyzed by single-factor analysis of variance(Anova). The data before and after intervention were analyzed by repeated measures of variance(Anova).Results:(1)univariate variance showed that there was no significant difference in functional fitness before intervention among experimental group,Aerobic Group and vibration group(P>0.05).(2)repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in vital capacity, seat body Flexion,30 s sit up and down and 8ft walking among the three groups(P<0.05),the time effect was significant(P<0.001),the interaction effect was significant(P<0.001),the intergroup effect was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the time effect was significant(P<0.001),the interaction effect was statistically significant(P<0.001),the intergroup effect was statistically significant(P<0.05),the mean value of the posttest time in the experimental group was higher than that in the vibration group, but lower than that in the aerobic group, and the time effect was significant(P<0.001),the interaction effect was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the intergroup effect was not statistically significant(P >0.05),the time effect was significant(P <0.001),the interaction effect was statistically significant(P<0.001),the intergroup effect was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the time effect was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the interaction effect was statistically significant(P<0.05),the intergroup effect was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)the simple effect analysis showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the Control Group before and after the experiment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the Control Group(P>0.05)There were significant differences(P<0.05)between the experimental group and the Control Group in the time of posttest(P<0.05),and between the experimental group and the Control Group(P<0.05)Conclusion:(1)aerobic combined with vibration training and simple aerobic exercise have the corresponding promotion to the elderly cardiopulmonary endurance.(2)aerobic combined with vibration training can significantly improve the flexibility of the lower limbs of the elderly, only aerobic or vibration training can not improve the flexibility of the lower limbs of the elderly.(3)aerobic combined with vibration training and simple vibration training have good effects on the lower limb muscle strength of the elderly.(4)the effect of aerobic combined with vibration training on the improvement of the Dynamic equilibrium and coordination ability of the elderly was significantly better than that of aerobic exercise or vibration training alone, aerobic combined with vibration training is more beneficial to improve the health level of functional physical fitness of the elderly.
