Edible education is education for all,but effective feeding should begin with young children,early childhood is the key period of feeding,the earlier the healthy eating behavior of young children is cultivated,the easier it is to form and accompany with life.Picture book plays an indirect guiding role in feeding children.With the help of the visual,artistic and interesting features of picture book,children can have a pleasant memory of healthy food and a preference for healthy food.Children will choose healthy food independently and develop healthy eating behavior that is not picky about food.Taking picture book as "script" means that preschool teachers can guide children to understand common healthy food and cultivate children's health Food-loving emotions help young children develop healthy eating behavior that is not picky.Teachers and researchers focus on and guide children's healthy food cognition,emotion and eating behavior with picture book as "script" activities,combined with games,painting and other extended activities.Help children to correctly understand healthy food,cultivate the love of healthy food emotion,develop unhealthy eating behavior education process.Based on the visual theory and healthy behavior development theory,the research carried out the feeding theme activities with picture book as "script ",and combined with children's autonomous reading,collective reading,parent-child reading and related extension activities.By cooperating with the middle class teachers of Duyun A kindergarten,the research object is mainly picky children,supplemented by guiding the whole class children to develop the healthy eating behavior habit of not picky food.Using literature method,interview method,observation method and other diversified research methods to carry out a half-year action research.To study the status of feeding activities and children's reading picture books,to design and implement action plans,and to carry out the activities after completion Reflection and improvement to provide material support for kindergarten feeding and picture book reading research.It is found that picture book as "script" feeding activities can help children to understand the common healthy food in life,cultivate children's love for healthy food,and guide children to develop healthy eating behavior that is not picky.The study shows that picture book is the "script" to carry out children's feeding activities,teachers' picture book teaching skills are the important influencing factors for children's feeding,and home cooperation is an important way to carry out children's feeding and The diversification of activities enhances the timeliness of children's feeding.It is suggested that kindergartens should create a good feeding environment,strengthen the training of preschool teachers' feeding ability and picture book teaching skills,and at the same time,suggest that children should eat and educate We should strengthen cooperation in our homes.
