Educational rewards and punishments are common educational methods and means in kindergarten education at present.Research shows that appropriate use of educational rewards and punishments can regulate children’s behavior.The cognition of social rules is an important aspect of the development of children’s socialization.The development of children’s cognition of social rules reflects children’s perception,understanding and mastery of current social rules.Kindergarten is the first social organization for children to step out of the family and enter the society.Children in large classes are about to enter the primary school life.The effect of good cognitive development of social rules on children is obvious.The study uses the self-compiled “children’s social rules behavior check table”as the observation tool,using the observation method,to observe the social rules problems existing in children’s daily life;Through the interview method,the attitude of preschool teachers towards children’s behaviors that violate social rules and abide by social rules is understood,which provides a practical basis for the later implementation of educational reward and punishment strategies.The practical process is presented through cases.In the research preparation stage,the research content was firstly determined,and field research was conducted in E Garden,D City,Buyi Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Qiannan by means of targeted sampling.Through the self-made Checklist of Children’s Social Rules Behavior,the cognitive development of social rules in the older class of children in E Garden was observed to understand the current situation.At the same time,class teachers were followed up to understand how teachers view and use educational rewards and punishments,so as to prepare for time exploration.In the research implementation stage,according to the behaviors of large class children who abide by or violate social rules in every link of daily life.First of all,through teaching activities,establish the cognition of social rules,and then give play to children’s subjectivity,formulate the social rules that should be followed in the class.Secondly,when children violate social rules,educational rewards and punishments should be implemented and recorded.Then reflect on the effect of implementation.In the research summary stage,the research practice is mainly summarized.Educational reward and punishment measures to promote children’s cognitive development of social rules are summarized by analyzing the implementation of educational reward and punishment cases.That is to establish children’s cognition of social rules through a variety of ways;As a means of strengthening,educational rewards and punishments should follow the principle of timeliness.Diversification of educational rewards and punishments;Keep an eye on the students being rewarded and punished.It is expected to provide reference for educators to promote children’s cognition of social rules in the future.
