Rewards are necessary in the course of primary education, scientific rewards can strengthen the good behavior of students, it can also bring students self-confidence and good sense, so as to continuously maintain and duplicate these good practices without further rewards. The text's clue is: by the research of present primary rewards situation,we can find the problems in primary students'rewards, then analyze them, and find a solution to them, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the primary students'rewards adopted by primary school teachers in their daily education and teaching. In the practice investigation on the rewards strategy for primary school students,we find that : teachers affirm the educational value of rewards strategy, but lack theoretical guidance. Some teachers do better in rewarding students, but they haven't formed a system. Teachers do not know the clear purpose of rewards. Rewards fail to include all students. Rewards also fail to pay attention to the results all the time. The content of rewards is incomplete, because it pays less attention to students'moral character. Many teachers want to change rewards criteria and the form, etc., in order to improve the rewards effect, but they have no theoretical guidance. In general, the ability of teachers to apply reward strategy remains to be improved.Through the survey and analysis of this study, we believe that the scientific rewards system should include: The purpose of rewards should be clear, focus on the effect of rewards, and improve the quality of rewards. The ultimate purpose of rewards is stimulating students'intrinsic motivation. The content of awards should be comprehensive. The students'development of good moral character should be concerned . A clear standard of rewards system suiting the mental characteristics of primary students should be established. A rewards system with head teacher as the core and coordinated by all the course teachers should also be set up .Schools should ensure that every teacher has a complete theoretical system of rewards. Schools should also establish students'rewards system systematically—making pupils'daily rewards in line with the school final rewards.
